Excellent product and service!!!!

Everything was shipped quickly and arrived on time. All products are packaged well and arrived undamaged. I did have an issue with a boost pump not functioning correctly. Called customer support. The problem was correctly diagnosed and a replacement component was quickly shipped. I am very happy with the items I purchased from them which include a 1500 gallon storage tank, rainflo MHP75 boostpump and a float switch.

I work for Sweetwater Nursery , The review on Rainharvest Systems website for the employees and ,the specific product the MAS- CONTROL PUMP grossly inaccurate. we've had to buy 4 of the pumps for 2 wells in 18 years each time we've had the exact same problem. The housing of this unit cracks at the neck of the housing same place every time . We've asked Mark to contact dab pumps, that it must be a manufacturing problem each time he said buy another one and we will it send that back to factory maybe they will warranty it. Yea no such luck never heard from him or his office so now we are stuck trying to find some other product that will work

Good design, I would be happier if all the pipe fittings were at least SCH40 (by my estimation they are SCH20 at best). I gave them 4 stars anyway because they responsibly handled the issue that I called about.

Excellent product

I have been purchasing UV Lamp/Quartz Sleeve Combo Kit for Viqua VH410.QL-410 the last two years. RainHavest Systems have shipped my orders promptly and have communicated status and shipment tracking information on a timely basis. They appear to be a customer focused business.

Helpful person verified inventory of tank I needed, scheduled pickup and payment in just minutes. Very polite and professional.

The pump was delivered expeditiously, and it was exactly as ordered. I received emails from the company with a contact point if I had any questions or concerns. Great service at a good price.

I ordered a pump that was supposed to be in stock. After RainHarvest charged my CC (immediately) I got an email that the pump would not be shipped for three weeks. I then called and canceled the order and it took 3 days to get a refund on my CC

I ordered the mosquito blocking water tank flap valves, the 4" size. however these are larger than a 4" drainage pipe, by about 1/4 inch. Way too lose a fit. Had to use silicone sealer and a couple of screws to retain in place.

As for ordering on line everything was great. When I picked up the tank, however, it was NOT the tank that was shown on line..

These folks treat you right. I have a cistern system that I bought from Rain Harvest 4 yrs ago and ordered some replacement components. I got a nice discount and great service from Curtis who mans the operations. Everything is working well again as usual.

Easy to order product and arrived on time

The Leaf Eater Advanced filter works as advertised. However, it's made for schedule 40 pipe which was a problem for us because we use standard drain pipe (pvc) to collect water off of our roof. This means that we could not get a good seal between the Leaf Eater & the collection pipes. I had to go on a scavenger hunt for adapters to make it work (what a nightmare). It would be great if RainHarvest Systems offered an adapter in the box or gave us the option to add one to our order in order to use these filters with standard piping.

May be very helpful in future project

I dealt with several staff at Rain harvest systems. Each one of them was professional, timely in their response, and had a true desire to satisfy me. I needed to get my thousand gallon water tank in about one week delivered. Dan Peters was exceptional and his efforts to locate one that would work delivered and quickly. I highly recommend this company for their advice and service!!

Fantastic product (Leaf Eater Ultra Downspout Filter) and great help on the phone. Only downside was that the product was out of stock for a week and the warehouse sends emails that state "your order has been fulfilled" when in fact it has not shipped. I suggest they stop using "fulfilled" and start sending "shipped" emails that are hopefully more accurate and easier to understand.

This company seems to really care about their customers. Personal messages sent by various employees at every step of the purchase and was shipped quickly without any problems.
