Our order was dropped and smashed while being processed. RainHarvest Systems stated they had no more of the barrels we ordered so we are out-of-luck. Horrible service and really bad employees. Was he on his cell phone while working the fork-lift? It wouldn't surprise me!

Ordered replacement pump and it was $100 less than Amazon. Free shipping and it arrived the next day.

The unit works, but the leaves and trash tend to build up on the top screen, (maybe they will blow off when dry) and it is difficult to clean the interior screen without getting some of the dirt falling into the inlet. I also have a first flush after the screen, but why not make the interior screen easier to remove?

My water booster is finally installed and I have water pressure now! This is fantastic since its been 20 years with low pressure. The installation was easy and evidently there have been improvements to the booster over the years, such as automatic resets for power outages, its a compact piece of equipment and has a cover over the motor for less noise. Thank you for this product. Its a great product and does the job. I wish I had known of the product sooner.

I installed eight of these boxes. Two came out of the crate broken and three more broke within weeks. The bottoms of the screens pop loose; and they can't be snapped back into place. That allows leaves through, which was the one thing that I was trying to prevent. After the purchase the company then asked me to review the product. After reading my review they contacted me about giving me money back which they haven't followed up on; and then they took down my review because it didn't address the purchase process. So, the purchase was easy; but the product is terrible; and their follow up was also terrible.

Rain harvest provides excellent products and service. The necessary tools for rain harvesting can be hard to find, but they make it easy. For example, I needed gauges for my tanks and found an excellent Australian-made product on their site.

The only game in town. If you want something other than a well pump laying on the bottom of your tank, RainHarvest is the only game in town. I just got the pump, so I cant comment on longevity. Technical support was good, thank you Curtis. I recommend the system.

I received a tank with a crack thru and thru had to pay to have it Plastic welded. Cost $650.00 out of pocket have not been reimbursed nor even gotten back to on the process!!!!!!! Since this was posted Rain Harvest has refunded me the cost of repair.

They had what I needed for my Norwesco water storage tank. The manhole extension even came with a seal, which I did not expect it to come with. Nice touch to detail.
