Delivery was as promised, but the 4 PVC fittings looked like they were stored outside: dirty and the 2 page stick on instruction sheets did not function as they were stuck together! When U open a box and see dirt, it makes you wonder why Mgt. doesn't get out from behind the desk and look at how the shipping dept. is representing their company!!!

What can I say? Excellent product, excellent customer service! We had literally called all over the U.S. and Canada searching for a specialized hard-to-find fitting for our four rain barrels. We had nearly given up hope when RainHarvest Systems offered to see what they could do for us. RHS managed to find a supplier in Europe for these fittings and agreed to send them our way as soon as possible. Awesome! Our rain barrels now have perfectly functioning diverters and work to do the jobs they were meant to do.Thank you RHS for your extraordinary efforts on all counts! We recommend RHS for those looking for special parts and extra-special customer service!

The equipment I purchased is as described. The quality is superior. Shipping time was slower than I liked, but I was in no hurry. It was during the holiday season. The product description said it qualified for free shipping, yet I was charged 19.95 for shipping. Then a few days later i got an email saying I qualified for a free upgrade to next day delivery. That's not free shipping. It's 19.95 for next day. Come on RainHarvest Systems...that sounds a little dishonest.

Item took longer to ship than hoped for, and one item not necessary for application requested was added to the order. Over all happy with everything after getting it all setup. Sales rep was respectful and responded to my requests in a timely manner. Shipping was a bit costly and the shipping company failed to deliver on time citing they “needed to schedule an appointment” when that was never disgusted, forcing me to drive to their local distribution center through holiday traffic to get it before the long weekend.

Very good product, very fast response, very good price on black Friday sale. Would give 5 stars except instructions not complete. Advertised as hang on wall , hookup plumbing and turn on. The only problem is the filters are still in the plastic wrap. I should have checked before I turned the water on.

Products seem well designed and well made. Shipping was prompt and at a fair rate and the items were well packed. I appreciate that adapters from 90mm to 3in were included; my son bought the leaf screen from Amazon but received no adapter. Just finished hanging the system but I can’t comment on how well it works since it hasn’t rained yet.
