I ordered more than a couple of times from this website and I only have good things to say about this service. The frames are high quality for the price and various sizes they offer. The delivery is usually even faster than they state and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service as well. The first frame I ordered arrived a little scratched (which happens from time to time with all framers, believe it or not, it's not something absolutely outrageous, I have extensive experience with this matter) and they quickly offered me a full refund without even asking the frame to be sent back. Can definitely recommend Pictureframes!
Picture frame was received quickly - ordering process was easy. Frame dimensions were perfect (custom sizing) but there are gaps between the edges. This was noted in other reviews so was not surprised, but if you are looking for a flawless finish - research the product you are ordering. Hardware was not received for hanging and customer service said it will be 2-4 weeks to get the hanging bracket. So they will ship the frame in 5 days, but if they forget to include the hardware you'll be looking at 2-4 weeks. Won't order again based on this customer service.
Easiness of ordering
I bought a 48 x 36 frame and it came with a 45” wire which would only work for a 36” hang but my painting is 48” horizontal so why would your packers think the shorter 36” is correct. It makes more sense to include enough wire for the longer side on all shipments.
Great frames, easy website
The frame would have looked nice, but the sides are not straight at all. The top and bottom pieces are fine, but the sides bow out. I don’t have time to return the frame, so I’ve clamped the sides and put it in the sun. I ordered from frames.com because the cost was about 40% less than taking it to a frame shop. I should have spent the extra and had the canvas professionally framed.
The estimated delivery date was wildly inaccurate and it’s very difficult to get accurate updates on where the product is in shipment

The quality of the frame itself was better than expected, strong, sturdy, and put together well.
