So easy to order and great deal. Still waiting on delivery but only been 2 days. Not 1st time ordering. It's always been a good experience.
I love the selection of sizes and options. It's easy to navigate and filter on a desktop to help narrow down the choices. Customer service was fantastic the only time I had to use them. The mobile experience (at least on my phone) required reloading frames each time I looked at details on a particular frame (having to click "show more..." each time. But that's a small inconvenience.
I've been buying frames for many years from this company and never disappointed. The quality is great and so beautiful. I will continue to order from pictureframes in the future.

I ordered a frame. They never informed me that they were out of the frame until I reached out to ask about my status. They refunded me. I decided to give them another chance but I verified beforehand that the frame was back in stock. They said it was, so I re-ordered. The same situation played out a second time, with no notice that they couldn't actually fulfill my order until I reached out AGAIN - even after working with them to ensure the mistake wouldn't play out. Asked if they'd try to keep my business, made no effort. Not sure what operation they're running, but I'm not coming back for my framing needs. I'll find a better company.

The frame I received was a different size from what I ordered. Your company did send me another frame. Seems like every order something goes wrong. Either a damaged frame, wrong size, faulty construction (one side an inch too short) or missing the hardware. Each time the company corrects the problem but it’s disappointing to always have to take pictures, email my complaint, wait for a response and wait for a replacement. Quality controls need to be improved.
I had nothing but 5 stars for you for my first 2 orders, but this last one was quite disappointing. My frame came nicely assembled but the color of the frame was NOT what the picture on the web site showed. This was listed as a "slim turquoise wood" frame. Now everyone knows what turquoise looks like, the mineral or ore that comes out of the ground. It's a vibrant blue-green. This frame barely has any color, it's a very pale pastel mint green! And it was extremely disappointing since the first two frames I ordered were exquisite, just like the web site picture; well, actually better than the web site picture. So frankly, I now have a hesitant frame of mind (no pun intended) about ordering in the future.
Bait and switch. I ordered a frame. I received a pile of UNFINISHED sticks. I spent over $100 and what I have is unusable. I had several exchanges with company who owned no responsibility for the deception. Bad company. Beware. These are many other reputable vendors.
