The site helps you find what you're looking for fast. And, the frame I ordered arrived very quickly. The frame was excellent quality.
Shipping was relatively slow, but package was well wrapped and arrived in good condition. However the 14"x14" frame would not accommdate my canvas painting. The track for the canvas was not wide enough.
Wrote to company instead of responding that they would fix my order. They say thank you for your response and your review has been posted. I paid for frame with plexiglass and no mat and got only 4 pieces of metal. What good is that. 76.00 for 4 pieces.
Always love downloading the painting so it can be seen in the frame. Color of frame consistent with the online photo/description . I always find something unique .

So, I am SO happy with my replacement frame from pictureframes.com! The first one (I’ve ordered four in total now) just wasn’t the quality I have come to expect from them, but this one has redeemed their product in my eyes! Nice tight miters, beautiful edges…just a first class job! I love it when a company stands behind their work and makes it right if it isn’t. could not find the frames i wanted
I was able to find a frame I love, ordered it in the size I needed and it's on the way. Picture frames website was easy to use and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend ordering frames from them.

I ordered a frame in mid February and was told it would be late April before it came in (obviously from overseas)... After following up the last of April, I was told "mid May"--- On May 29th I called again and it was still not in. I had FULLY purchased this frame including shipping in February. Giving up on THAT frame, I found the same frame in a different color, and asked to have that exchanged. I was told that I would have to get a refund on the first frame, and buy the 2nd... now at $15 more. NO concessions-- after nearly 4 months! I went ahead and bought it. I still haven't received the 2nd frame, so can't address the quality or ease of assembly.... Just rather peeved at this whole episode.
Really easy to upload my paintings and match them to the frames I had chosen. The frames arrived in record time. Some of the frames were a pale sage green and complement several of my acrylic paintings beautifully. Easy to frame the pictures
Ordering was quite easy. I needed the frame only. If I'd needed mat board, my experience might have been different. The frame is gorgeous and it came to me packaged extremely well. I will order again!
