Customer service won't answer my calls, I'm missing one of three picture frames, I paid an arm and a leg and didn't get any GLASS IN MY FRAME? I'm pissed, don't bother with this company.

The online ordering and shipping experience was fast and smooth, however, the most important aspect (the actual frame itself) looks rushed with obvious gaps in corners. I can see light passing through the 45 degree cuts. The frame was put together poorly. The builder used gap filler to try to mask the large gaps of the 45 degree corners. Even the gap filler was applied very carelessly. I’ve purchased many frames before and had to utilize this site for a timely delivery but the product itself looks unpresentable for gallery purposes. I’m a little disappointed since the price point is similar to in-person frame shops I’ve used in Pittsburgh area. I would be happy to provide photos of the large gaps.

Creating/defining the custom print and framing was easy. Delivery was prompt and the framing was excellent. However, there was a problem with the custom print, so they reimbursed me and I was able to reorder. I would happily order from PictureFrames again.
The frame is perfect size color quality all perfect
I called because the frame did not have a grove to mount the picture. I called and emailed photos of the defective frame. Another frame is supposed to be sent, however have not received any notification of when I will receive the new frame. I finally received the new frame, however the problem was the same. The company did stand behind the purchase.

Arrived on time with only a 2 day delay. Styrofoam back sheet was wrong size, would not fit frame. Had to cut 1/4" off length. Acrylic front sheet was not square. Ranged from 35 7/8" to 36 3/8"

The frame and mat were too big. I specifically clarified what dimensions were for an unframed painting. They sent a frame and mat for the displayed image, thus too big. The acrylic was 1/6 inch too big for the frame. As a result, the acrylic bowed in the frame and had to be recut. The wire sent was only as wide as the inside measurement of the frame, thus it was too short. However, they promptly offered a thoughtful and suitable replacement and solution. Good customer service for sure. Thanks!
