I ordered a picture frame, and was given a delivery window. Weeks after that window passed I still hadn't received the frame, so I reached out to ask about my order status. They simply didn't have the frame, with no ETA on a restock, and thought that was just fine. If I'd known or was notified that it was out of stock, I would've purchased something else. This company may just silently hang on to your money and hope that you've forgotten about your order. I'd recommend following-up via email to confirm that it's actually in stock.

The frame was in very good condition and arrived quickly.
I ordered three frames and was happy with what I received until this week. The black matte frames don't seem to be 100% wood. The corners of each frame are coming apart, looks like cardboard and not real wood.
My frame was broken in half and not properly packaged.

This would keep the frame flat against the wall when hanging instead of screws bumping against the wall.
