I ordered 2 matching canvas floater frames. They arrived on time and very securely packaged. One of the frames was the wrong size. I contacted the company right away and sent them photos and an explanation (as requested). Within minutes they contacted me and immediately sent a replacement at no charge to me. They are exactly what I was looking for!
Good quality frames. I received a quick resolution and refund for the damaged frame.
Couldn't pay when check out, keep telling me to contact customer service. Tried everything still never resolve, had to switch to paypal to pay eventually. And 5 days after the order were placed, it still never shipped!
The mat cutting is awful, looks like a beginner just learning to cut mats. We artists expect a professional job for our paintings and your work doesn't cut it, I'm finding another source.

The pictures frames I ordered were of great quality and the prices are good. With the exception of one frame they arrived within the promised time period. One frame had minor chips. The fit was precise and customer service was excellent.

This is a custom size, only the frame was delivered, no backboard or front glass or plastic. That wasn't a option. So half a frame is what I received. Delivery to a PO Box wasn't a option either. Initially it was to be sent via UPS which does deliver to my home, but was changed, in route, to USPO which does not deliver to my home, that's why I have a PO Box.
