it was n't clear that if i didnt upgrade to the plastic / acrylic protection that it didnt come with anyhting at all. customer service said they couldnt ship just the acrylic piece after the order was placed.

Online ordering was easy and the frames and matting arrived well packaged and in good condition. My only complaint is the color of the metal frames, which was listed as frosted gold on the website, but were actually more of a orange/bronze color, which was very disappointing.

The frame arrived timely and very well packaged. The hanging accessories were included. I sent a note with the order to the company regarding white washing transparency so that it would enhance my commissioned painting. It turned out perfect. So much so that the artist is going to start using this company for his gallery paintings. The only hitch in this process is communication. The company emailed receipt of my payment straight away. However, I had no idea when my order would arrive. I was not given an order number till I was notified it shipped. So it felt like a scam. But I now assure you this is a legit company with quality products, The problem is with communication. If you have a deadline you should allow time for this frame as it is well worth the reasonable wait. (my frame arrived very quick actually) Also if you do have a deadline I would include that info when ordering. Calling and emailing are not their strong points. But the frames are great and they read those order notes. I still have a 5 star rating due to quality and did not deduct for communication. The quality made up for the communication. Thank you
