The best is your floater frames can be measured to the quarter inch. Sooo great when all canvases are not exact and you don’t know that till you go to order a frame
Beautiful frame (floater) and excellent customer service (online purchase), fast shipping, and well packed. Good value as well. The one big issue is that the frame is made 40.75 inches for a 40 x 40 stretcher, and it fits too big, so big that the canvas falls thru the back which supposedly it should keep the stretcher tightly in place. The company should consider making it just 1/4" bigger. For example, for a 40 x 40 stretcher, it should be 40.25 x 40.25. With such a big frame, I had to take it to a local framer (and beg) to fix/fit. A bit dissappointed.
I loved being able to visualize my artwork in a variety of frames. As it turned out my choice was perfect. The frame came in 10 days and I'm really impressed with the quality and the price for the frame and shipping. I live 110 miles from the nearest framer, so this was a really convenient way for me to get a good looking frame. I can really recommend your business. I plan to order again.
Customer Service representative are unable to provide any meaningful assistance. Consequently the frame was produced incorrectly twice. I was simply trying to recreate a frame id previously made. I had all the information and the representative Derick refused to help me with getting this ordered correctly. Poor management poor customer service poor policies. They may as well not have a customer service team.
I still have not received my order and have called twice and have been told to call back next week. When will I get the order ????? Finally over 3 weeks later received my order. Evidently there was one frame in the order that became discontinued after ordered, so the entire 12 frame order was withheld and no communication. When I logged in, the portal indicated that I had no pending order, after multiple calls, I finally was connected to a persistent and nice CSR who tracked down what happened and she went in the system and released the order. Soon thereafter I received the order and the frames were very nice. Good prices and products just not smooth ordering logistics.
Beautiful choices of frames just received mine and it’s absolutely gorgeous, came quickly wrapped nicely, and it is for a gift for my son in the Air Force have not put it together yet. Hope all goes smoothly.

I ordered a frame for a baseball lineup card from a minor league baseball team given to my son. It was gorgeous. A few weeks later, my daughter got a lineup card from the same team (total fluke) and we wanted to match the frame to my son's, as it looked so good. I placed the order and received the frame as I did the first one, but this time it seemed the frame was constructed hastily as it had glue on the front and one of the sides just wasn't aligned as it should have been. Or, perhaps it shifted in transit? It happens. What happens next it what determines this review. I went to the PF website and started a chat. It was early morning and didn't expect anyone to be on yet, and they weren't - not a big deal. I left my questions, included pictures of the frame, etc. 2 hours later, I had an email telling me they appreciated me sending pictures, they apologized for the poor craftsmanship, and assured me a new order would be processed at no charge and sent out immediately. In less than a week the frame was hanging on my little girls bedroom wall - perfectly matching the first and giving the professional baseball lineup card a worthy home. Thanks PF.com...I'll be back for sure.
