They screw up every order, over years. I grit my teeth whenever I have to use them. They had the frame I needed. This time, there's a gouge on one side of the liner, and a torn area on the other side. They seem to have no QA at all. I need to find other options.

How to choose what size frame was made so easy. I just put in size of image to be framed and I got to choose what size and color of mat. A wide variety of frames and mats

I ordered a picture frame for a painting on a canvas print that was about1.5" depth. Did not realize that the frame I ordered was for thin prints. PictureFrames was very understanding and immediately gave me a refund. I followed their advice and ordered the correct depth frame for my canvas painting. Waiting for the new frame.

The (corner) hardware, which came with the metal frame I ordered, was no good. I wondered if I’d lost my touch after quite a few attempts. But, then I discovered that I only received 7 pieces of corner hardware, instead of 8. I found some old “Neilson” brand hardware I’d had in storage, and when I used THAT, the frame went together beautifully. I ended up throwing out all of the hardware you provided, except the 2 pieces that hold the wire. If I hadn’t had my own hardware, the frame would have been a complete loss.
