The carer was warm and friendly it was clear from the start she loved dogs and gave lots of reassurance our pets would be well cared for. We received regular updates and photos despite being out of the country and felt very assured our dogs had settled in well and became very much part of their family with plenty of walks cuddles etc. Upon our return we collected our dogs and they had been cared for well. We got updates on how they had been and where very happy with their care. Our dogs require a bit of grooming and there coats where well cared for. I would and have recommended petstay and our pet carer to others our worries where alleviated and our pets where happy and settled upon our return. We had our first holiday since getting our Scottie 2 yrs ago and we couldn’t have had a more relaxed time knowing how well Andy was being looked after. We met Sheena in March and Andy has stayed with her occasionally for one or two nights, he’s always rushed in to see her and would have been happy to stay longer. This time we went for 9 nights and we arrived back to a very happy Scottie who had been incredibly well looked after by Sheena and her family. Sheena sent us photos or videos everyday and it’s so reassuring to see your dog looking relaxed and happy. I couldn’t recommend Sheena and her family highly enough.
Our dog just loves Pamela and Alex, even though it was over six months since she last stayed she happily bounded straight up to Pamela & Alex’s front door and into their house! This is because they make her feel like part of their family. Also, Pamela’s great photos and videos sent via WhatsApp whilst we were in the States eased all needless worries. When we are next away we will not hesitate in booking our dog in with PetStay.
We have used the Petstay service before and knew that our dog would be well looked after. However his previous carers weren’t available so he boarded with Pamela and her husband Alex. Seamus was very happy and well looked after so much so I wasn’t sure if he would want to come home.
Great service. I always worry about my dogs staying anywhere other than with me and pet stay made me feel really secure and confident that they put the care of animals first. My boys stayed with Eleanor and her lovely family and the boys had the best time, they seemed settled and content in Eleanors home. Thanks again and will definitely be coming back.
Cannot recommend more highly- from my first chat with Jane and discussing who would look after our little dog up to meting the dog sitter and his experience staying there was excellent. All went very smoothly, our dog had a great time, settle well with the sitter and in return home. Already booked his next visit!
Straight forward to book and Anne was very accommodating when I got the flights mixed up.. Jeffrey seemed to have a fun time and Anne was willing to look after our rather boisterous 1y old. Would recommend.
Excellent service. Initially I was nervous about leaving Maverick with Jools & Trey, but I was assured by the attentiveness of the carers. I really do love this service and will not go elsewhere!
Bo has just had his 2nd holiday with Anne. It's so reassuring to be able to go away and know that your dog is being cared for and treated as one of the family. Bo was so happy to be there, he didn't seem to be very bothered about coming home with me when I picked him up!! Many thanks again.
I got in contact with Sophia after being left in a difficult position, and needing to find a carer for Dolly, and Ted with short notice. Sophia was very professional, and sympathetic to my situation, and in helping me find a suitable carer. Before the stay we were introduced to Heidi and Chris, which went smoothly. Dolly and Ted had their own holiday with the family, and I had regular updates, and photographs, which put my mind at rest. I was blown away by their kindness, Dolly and Ted were spoilt with love and affection, and everything they needed. Placed by pet stay with a wonderful dog carer who made sure my dog had a great holiday (just like us). A great and much better alternative to kennels where the carer actually looks after your dog and welcomes them to their family. The only place I'll ever use if needed again. Highly recommended.

My elderly Chihuahua stayed with Chris and Ann in June and September. They looked after him wonderfully. They were very caring and understanding of his needs, taking him to the vet and giving him the medication prescribed. Many thanks to them and to Sophia for finding such excellent carers.
This is the 3rd time we have used Petstay for our highly energetic border collie Ollie. Organisation of Pre stay visits and communication was good. Clare and Troy were great and very understanding of Ollie’s needs especially as he needed some medication whilst staying this time. Thanks to everyone.
Booking through Petstay was swift and straightforward. We were perfectly paired with June - who gave our dog a lovely holiday whilst we enjoyed ours, worry-free. Updates and photos were really reassuring. A positive experience all round.
Generally we don't like putting our Golden Retriever, Bodie, in kennels. A friend recommended Petstay Norfolk and we had such a positive experience. Sophie took lots of time to understand our requirements and Bodies needs. There was an in depth questionnaire so that Sophia could find an appropriate host. We had a pre meet with our host Sam so we could make sure it was suitable for Bodie. Sam was lovely and clearly loved dogs and offered a friendly family home where Bodie would receive care and attention whilst we were away. We received regular updates as requested letting us know how he was getting on and photos of him playing with the family. The photos showed he was clearly having fun and being looked after. When we returned it was clear he was happy and well cared for. The advantage of Petstay is that your dog stays in a private home of a hoast and gets the attention care and fun that a family offers rather than a kennel where a dog is only walked a couple of times a day and doesn't get much attention. I would thoroughly recomend Petstay and have already booked to have Bodie stay with Sam and her family again as we know that Bodie will have a lovely time and will be well cared for and get lots of hugs and cuddles. Thank you Petstay and Sam and family You are expected to provide your dogs normal food, toys and bedding all of which keeps the dog calm and reassured. A great service.

Our two dachshunds stayed with lovely Eleta while we were on holiday in August. They enjoyed their stay and were well looked after. Since then, I recommended PetStay to a few fellow sausage dog owners, and will be using them again myself.
