Dexter had an overnight stay with Stuart and Joanne. They were fantastic and took such good care of our big bouncy 3yr old Doodle. Dexter has not been left with anyone before, so we were a little nervous. Stuart kept in touch with messages and a lovely video of Dexter having fun. Jane at PetStay Glasgow made the process easy and was very reassuring. Would use PetStay Glasgow again without any hesitation.
It was the first time our 2 year old Whippet, George, had been away from us. PetStay were professional and their carer who looked after George were absolutely fantastic. George was well looked after and the carer would send us daily updates and photos. We were so impressed with the whole service, so much so we have already booked again. Thoroughly recommended. I felt so comfortable leaving our greyhound Evie with Helena. We hadn't left Evie for that long before so we were nervous about finding the best person to look after her. However, Evie had the best time! We were sent regular photos of her during her stay and updates so that we knes she was happy, healthy and safe. We will absolutely use PetStay again.
Our second time of using Petstay. Annie stayed with Kerrie and her family over Christmas and was very well looked after. Kerrie let us know that she had settled in well and sent a photo. We picked up a happy, relaxed dog. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Petstay.
I have no words to describe how happy I am with Petstay! I had to go away for Christmas and was really hard to find someone to look after my 2 furry babies in such busy time! Loki & Bella stayed with Ruth and Thomas and they were spoiled rotten!! Ruth sent me pictures and videos everyday and she even slept on the couch because Loki was scared to go upstairs 🙈 I will definitely keep Petstay for the future and will highly recommend to my friends and neighbours! Another relaxing trip away knowing the dogs were being well looked after in their 'second home'. Jessamy gives 110% to make sure your dogs are happy, which really puts your mind at rest when you are away. The photos of them enjoying walks or curled up asleep on the sofa are lovely. I have no hesitation in recommending her to look after your fur babies!
Luna our 4 year old Working Cocker Spaniel has just been on her 3rd holiday with Carolyn at Norfolk Pet Stay and I can’t praise her enough! Luna is a sensitive little spaniel but settled in very quickly enjoying lots of tummy rubs and attention from Carolyn. Throughout her stay we got regular updates and photos via WhatsApp and I can safely say Luna soon made herself at home. 5 stars all the way!
PetStay provides the ultimate pet care that suits our lifestyle and the needs of our pet Miniature Dachshund "Archie". The business was very thorough when reviewing the requirements for Archie’s boarding and its choice of pet sitter. Archie was matched with sitters Chris and Ann. Our meet and greet with Chris snd Ann was well organised by them and their focus was on ensuring us that Archie would be left in a safe, caring and loving environment. They are an extremely personable couple who clearly had our dog's welfare at heart. The stay itself went really well. Chris and Ann kindly kept us informed of Archie's progress and welfare throughout the duration of the stay. Being able to leave our Archie for a number of days in a household environment where he received one to one care during our absence gave us the peace of mind we needed. We have already booked our next stays. Thank you Chis and Ann.
Petstay was a fantastic service and provided the best home boarders for our puppy Maverick! It was the first time leaving him and was only for a little weekend away but we felt 100% confident and relaxed leaving him with Claire & Tony. They put us at ease after our first meeting with them with how knowledgeable and caring there are! We knew Maverick would be in safe hands. They sent us pictures on walks and kept us updated meaning we could enjoy our time away without worrying. When we collected him he was excited to see us but seemed content and at home. We will 100% use Petstay again and would love to use Claire & Tony again too as we know Maverick had a great time with them! Thank you!
I used PetStay Norfolk for the first time in Nov 22. As I had come across it while searching for dog boarding near me, I didn't really know what to expect. I needn't have worried at all! Sophia was so professional, efficient, and approacheable while identifying a suitable carer for my dog. An initial meeting was arranged for us with Sonia and Phil (the carers) who were warm and friendly; so was their own dog. Having chatted to them and letting the dogs meet, I felt happy that this was a good match and I went ahead with the booking. I was anxious as this was the first time Pablo was going to be with new carers. But Sonia and Phil sent me daily updates/photos about how Pablo was getting on and I could enjoy my break fully, knowing Pablo was being looked after so well. I could ask questions and would get quick responses. My return flight was slightly delayed but they were so accomodating that I had no anxieties about pick up. Pablo looked really happy and I could tell that he had a good time with them. I have already made a future booking with PetStay Norfolk & Sonia and Phil for Pablo. I would highly recommend PetStay Norfolk, and indeed Phil and Sonia, to anybody who is looking for dogboarding in Norfolk.
We were so pleased with Petstay, our little dog Belle is very nervous so kennels were never really for her, so after recommendations we tried Petstay. Everything was very well organised by Sophia, the owner of the company, I went with Belle to meet her carers, Jenefer and Don and Hiedi and Chris, she went in their homes and checked out the gardens, both which were securely fenced. We were away for 3 weeks so her stay had to be right for her and us. Whilst away we had a daily update and photograph of how she was doing, we always looked forward to that, she always seemed extremely happy! We already have another trip booked for 2023 and Belle is booked in with Jenefer and Don one set of the carers she has already stayed with, it’s lovely to be able to have that rapport. It makes our trip much better knowing that our dog is safe, happy and in the comfort of a family home.
I was very nervous as this was my first time leaving Coco behind alone, but Julie was fab and made the whole process easy from drop off to collection. Coco was clearly spoilt while staying with Julie as proven by the many photos I received. With trips to the beach, lots of games at home, and Coco’s favourite; boxes to rip up! Will definitely use PetStay and Julie again.
Petstay was recommended to me when I needed to go away last month. I had a recently adopted an old rescue dog who didn’t like being left alone. Apart from arthritis, and some hearing and sight loss he had one or two traits typical of a hunting dog. Sophia matched Bryan perfectly with a lovely couple, ensuring he was never alone. Ann and Chris were absolutely first rate. They kept me up to date with texts and photos, reassuring me he was happy. They knew exactly how to handle his idiosyncrasies. Their house is so well set up to suit every dog and they follow the dog’s routines and food requirements to the letter. The whole set up is so well organised. I have booked Ann and Chris for next year already. Thank you so much.
My ex-racing Greyhound - Cali, spent two nights and three days with Sophia and her family, including her own lovely dog - Mary. Cali was clearly very happy for her entire stay and particularly enjoyed basking in the sun, streaming into the summerhouse. She was regularly walked and fed, according to prearranged agreement. I received frequent updates and photographs from Sophia and had no qualms about her welfare at all. I'm quite sure that, Cali would happily return to visit Sophia in the future.
Since the start of the pandemic our dog hadn’t spent a night away from us so we were anxious about how she would react. We needn’t have worried! Julie was great. She is obviously very experienced and kind. Evie had a really good holiday and so did we.
Booked at short notice and rescued my holiday! Communication was first class both with Ian and John. Lola quickly made herself at home with John, his wife and their spaniel. Lola was extremely well cared for, truly home from home. Shall definitely book again.
Zak was particularly unwell before our holiday so I was worried about leaving him but Christine and her husband were so lovely and reassuring. They kept me updated with photos and messages so I could relax and enjoy the family holiday. Zak was well cared for and they catered to all his quirks!
We have just returned from a weekend away to collect our dog Milo. We must say how happy we are that Alison and Roger have looked after Milo and feel like it has been a home from home for him. A delightful couple and would not hesitate to leave Milo with them again. Thank you 🐶
What can I say. My two love staying with Sarah and her family. They almost don’t want to come home. Daily updates while you’re away. She loves them like they’re her own. I’m a bit picky who looks after my dogs but totally at ease with leaving them with Sarah and her family. She goes through everything with you. Leaving you with the confidence that your fur babies are in loving and safe hands. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
