The process of arranging the holiday stay for our dog was very efficient and arrangements were confirmed quickly. Our host was selected because our dog has some anxiety/fear issues and she was excellent and extremely helpful in providing information and ideas on how to help the issues. We were sent regular pictures and updates which we enjoyed getting. We were extremely happy with the whole experience.
What a lovely experience Ralph and Valerie make each time Buster stays with them. It's like he has his own mini holiday, going in the car to different places each day. He comes home very happy and chilled.
I would highly recommend PetStay. From the initial contact with Sophia, through to our Jack Russell Scooby’s stay with Ann & Chris, it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Sophia was knowledgable and efficient which made the booking in process straightforward. From the first meet and greet with Ann and Chris I knew that Scooby would be in safe hands and he was. He definitely had a home from home experience which was all that I could ask for. I wouldn’t hesitate to use PetStay again.
I was really happy with the way my two dogs were looked after while I was away. Their carer was great in keeping in touch with me and letting me know how they were betting on and she didn't need a hot water bottle at night as they kept her warm! Home from home. Thank you
With care and attention Jane at PetStay, organised for me to meet up with Avril. A doggy carer who lives near me and was happy to look after our ancient 17 year old Jack Russell. Avril was kind, patient and very accommodating which I'm eternally grateful for 🫶🙏💝
Our boys absolutely love staying with Mary & Peter - they are so excited when they arrive, running around and been so fussy knowing they are going to be spoiled for the duration of their stay - we feel comforted knowing that they are loved and cared for as much as they are. We are thankful to Petstay for finding Mary & Peter
Belle stayed with Jenefer and Don for the second time for two weeks, she seems so happy at their home and was excited to see them both again, almost pulling us through their front door! They keep us up to date with photos and messages, which is something we look forward to receiving. Everything is arranged so well with Petstay and we can go on holiday knowing that Belle is enjoying her holiday too.
We had our regular pet sitter Carolyn, Dougie always enjoys his time with Carolyn, he gets taken to all of his favourite places and gets spoilt rotten. Again we have had an amazing experience with PetStay altogether, I can’t fault anything. Sophia and Carolyn always goes above and beyond when it comes to arranging care for Dougie. I’m so pleased that we have found someone that loves him like we do. Now Dougie is home and has already got his holiday blues kicking in, he already can’t wait for his next doggie holiday with his favourite career ❤️
I cannot emphasise enough how happy we were knowing are little Cosmo would be so cared for and looked after by Julie, from the very start booking with Petstay Norfolk was so easy and I feel they go that extra mile to make sure you yourself and your fur baby are happy. This is the second time we have gone through Petstay Norfolk and will never go anywhere else as I know Cosmo was very happy and settled with Julie. We were sent regular videos and photos, just seeing him playful and relaxed put my mind totally at ease and it was lovely to see him playing with Julie’s dog… my Cosmo is definitely missing his new friend 🐾😊
Roxxie is a German Shepherd rescue and at 18 months old, we became her fifth owner. Going away without her was always going to be a challenge as we didn’t wish her to feel as if she was being passed on again. pet stay put us in touch with Shaun, one of their carers and we met with him. Roxxie enjoyed an overnight stay with him to see if she would settle. She did settle and she returned a week or so later for 10 days and had a fantastic time. She had Shaun‘s undivided attention. Probably had more walks than she would’ve had at home, and when we picked her up after our holiday she was in great spirits and both Shaun and Roxie showed genuine affection for each other. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pet stay again, but would want Roxxie to be with Shaun.
We've been using Petstay to look after our dog when we're away for the last year. They've been faultless and we know that he will always be well looked after.
Petstay is easy to deal with. We can always rely on Damian to look after our girl - well little pony really, really well. She has a home from home holiday where not only does she get great care but she is able to give lots of love back. Its just a shame PetStay does not have more homes available for larger dogs.
Sheron and Michael took very good care of both dogs and updated us photos of there stay and well being, which was very reassuring. They both where in good health on our return and I feel that both dogs had lots of attention over quiet a long period.
Dora is now a regular with Petstay as the service and dog boarders they have are superb. We have found the service extremely easy to use and straightforward service. Dora especially loves her stay with her regular dog boarders and comes back to us well looked after and excited about her next stay. We have been using Petstay now for the last 6 months and can’t recommend it enough for the ease of service and taking the worry away leaving our well loved pooch.
Another fantastic holiday for Finn with Carolyn by the sea. He had a great time and having daily updates and photos was reassuring knowing that he was being well looked after. Carolyn has a lovely way with Finn which puts him at ease being a Romanian rescue he can be nervous at times. Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend Petstay and Carolyn.
First time for us using PetSyay with our dog Dora, little and lovely dachshund. Good service with the booking and the arranging the sitter. Professional sitter when Dora had a little accident by falling from the bottom step of the stars, the sitter call me straightaway to advise that she was going for a check up at the vet, all was fine at the end. In my opinion, I would have preferred to have received more photos and communication during the stay. Thanks for the service, we would recommend it and use it again.
Just completed our third stay with Petstay, this time for 4 weeks over the Christmas period…it is wonderful to arrive and have the two dogs, both springer spaniels, rush into the carer’s home because they are happy to be there. We receive updates and photos during our holiday which is very reassuring.the carers clearly love dogs and our next holidays are already booked.
This was our first time using Petstay - excellent experience, booking was easy, selection of hosts excellent. Lyra (a typical border collie from working stock) was obviously very well looked after and happy on our return. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it is quite expensive.
Ruth is amazing, so helpful, kind, and it's clear she completely adores dogs and is very experienced. Bruce was so well looked after, I'm sure he didn't want to come home!
Our dog was matched up to a lovely couple, and we could not have been put more at ease by them. Their knowledge and experience of dogs was outstanding. When we collected our dog at the end of his stay he was so content I am sure he could have stayed there forever! We look forward to using your services again.
