Our first time with PetStay and can't fault either the company (Ruth) or our pet boarder (Mhairi). Winnie our 2 year old lab had a great time and the photos showed her right at home. We will certainly use PetStay again.
Couldn’t fault any of the pet stay service or communication! Went above and beyond for us and Derek the dog to make sure we were happy and comfortable :) Sylvia, who looked after Derek was lovely and kept us updated with pictures and messages so we were happy :) can’t wait to use this service again in September, thank you!

We are very happy with PetStay. Our dogs stayed with Les and Steph for almost 2 weeks. We received regular updates from them during our holiday which was most welcome, they seemed to be having a lovely time. We wouldn't hesitate to use PetStay again in the future.
A very big thank you to Becky, Daryl and the kids for looking after Poppy, she obviously loved her time with the family and we will definitely have no problem sending Poppy to them again. The total service from Petstay has been excellent
My dogs had a lovely time staying with Claire and Troy, i was a little nervous as i work from home and they are with me all the time, but Mark placed them with people who also mostly worked from home, and loved good walks so they were perfect for my pups. I recieved regular photo updates and reassurance and the dogs seemed so happy I was able to enjoy my holiday without worrying. I would definitely use petstay again, it allows you to relax knowing your pets are being well looked after and loved. Thank you!
This was our first time using PetStay (Norfolk) and we were exceptionally lucky to have our dog Phoebe paired up with Linda & Emmanuel as carers. She looks to have had a wonderful stay and made friends along the way, especially with George the whippet! It was a seamless booking process and made all the more reassuring by being able to go and visit (with Phoebe) before our holiday. Loved receiving updates / photos / videos each day - real peace of mind to know she was having just as much fun on her holiday as we were ours. We’d love for Linda & Emmanuel to look after Phoebe again, massive thanks to them and thank you to PetStay for making it possible!

Very happy with PetStay, as a company. Just collected our Border Terrier after being on holiday abroad for a week, and was very happy with our new carer, and felt confident she would be looked after. Our dog was well looked after and photos sent to us of her during our holiday. We've been using PetStay for 8 years now, rather than using kennels. Very happy with them.
We have used Petstay for 11 years and Lottie our spoilt mini Schnauzer loves staying with Anne and George. She always goes in with her tail wagging and gets lots of attention and cuddles. She is our fur baby and love that I can go away and not worry knowing Lottie is having a holiday too with people who care. We really appreciate the home from home experience that we know helps our dog, either for a few days stay or our family 2 week holiday. Wouldn’t trust anyone else, a big thank you.
Frankie had the best time staying with Anne who was the perfect host. Frankie had a secure garden to potter about, and made a best pal next door as well. I had daily updates and photos so out my mind at ease. I loved how Anne loved Frankie and he got lots of attention. We have both benefited from the break. Couldn’t have been a better experience, thank you!
This was our first time leaving our dog with a non family member and we were nervous. We have a very needy springer who wants constant attention. We were told about pet stay by a friend who has the same breed and similar needs. From first contact with Linda to meeting her and Jayne, our dogs new holiday mum, the process was simple and friendly. Our nerves were calmed immediately and our girl was happy in Jaynes company. Dropping her off was emotional for me, mainly because she couldnt have cared less and just wanted to play with Jayne! We were sent daily updates and videos and pictures whilst away that showed us how much fun and how well liked after our girl was! I can’t recommend this service enough and Jayne was just amazing!! I’m sure Mitzie is looking forward to her next holiday more than we are!!!!
Another lovely holiday for Tara with Ruthy & Bill at Petstay. As previously, the booking system & communication went smoothly. Tara had a great time with Ruthy & Bill. She enjoyed lots of walks, activities & cuddles all of which we saw on photos on our daily update. We were able to have a relaxing holiday knowing that she was so well looked after. Can’t recommend this service enough, after never leaving my 10 year old doggies before I was nervous and anxious . Jane reassured me and kept me up to date with pictures and they had a lovely time and came back all brushed and happy
This was the first time we used PetStay and we are really happy with the experience. Our dog, Koda, can be pretty anxious around strangers but her carer, Carole, had her settled very quickly and provided us with regular photographs. We are now looking to arrange another short holiday and will be hoping that Carole has availability as our dog seemed to be so happy with the care she was given.
Maisie had her own amazing holiday with Sally and Roger. It’s clear how much Sally loves dogs. She went above and beyond to make sure Maisie was settled and happy, with lots of long walks and playtimes and enrichment. It’s the first time we’ve been able to use a boarder and have a family holiday abroad as Maisie can be anxious and unsettled in unfamiliar places but Sally listened to all our quirky instructions and kept us reassured with lots of pictures and lovely updates. I can’t think Sally and Roger enough for giving us our holidays back - Maisie can’t wait to go again! She has claimed her half of Sally’s bed, ready for next time!
