My dog, Charlie, absolutely loves staying with Jenny. It really is home from home and I couldn’t recommend Jenny highly enough. This is the third or fourth time Charlie had stayed with Jenny and I feel confident in the knowledge that Charlie is well cared for when I’m away.
From start to finish Pet Stay are brilliant. Finding a match for our dog at very short notice, arranging a meet and greet and the boarding all went very smoothly. My dog is my baby and I don't leave her with anyone but I've used two boarders now with Pet Stay and they have both been amazing.
Misty and Ziggy absolutely love going on their holibobs to Sue and Stuarts. They get spoilt rotten and love all the attention from the kids. they are both lap dogs and love the walks. Not sure if they really want to come home when we get back. Thanks Guys x
Our first time using PetStay, our little lady spent 2 nights with Mike and Geri. From our first meeting we knew our little lady would be happy. They made us very welcome and clearly love dogs. Updates were sent via WhatsApp and made us able to enjoy our son’s weddings. We had to travel over an hour to drop her off,but without a doubt was worth the travel.
This is the 2nd time I have used Petstay and there will be many more. Our boy stayed with Mike and Geri who are the most warm, welcoming and a wonderful couple. Leaving our boy is stressful and really worries me but I can honestly say I had nothing to worry about. Mike and Geri treat Cruz like their own and does anything to make him feel at home. Cruz has issues walking on hard floors but they happily covered their floor with blankets. They even took him to their local fete and entered him into a competition which I am delighted to say he came 1st!!! Geri sent me videos and photos of this where I can see he was spoilt with attention and cuddles. Geri also sent pictures and videos for the rest of Cruz’s stay enjoying lovely walks and sleeping on the sofa! They are both a lovely couple very kind and caring and I can leave my boy knowing he has had the best time!
We had 8yr old golden retriever Bob and 1 yr old spaniel Nancy looked after by Suzanne. I was able to enjoy my holiday knowing that they were happy, eating well and being looked after. Suzanne text me a cpl of times to say how they were getting on which made me really happy 😃 when I picked them up obviously they were pleased to see us but I could tell they’d been happy and relaxed staying there 👍 Suzanne and her hubby are genuine dog people, would definitely recommend.
Excellent service and communication. We have used PetStay and Linda before found the whole service really easy and reliable. Communication was superb and never left anything to chance. The dog hosts Cath/Dennis were great with updates and photos whilst we was away. What a relief it is to find this service on our doorstep
The carer that looked after our dog was very attentive and professional while also being very reassuring. It was our first time leaving our dog that long so this really helped us. We received photo and message updates which eased our minds. Would definitely recommend this service ! We experienced no worries at all.
We highly recommend Petstay. Great communication and very professional. Geri and Mike are amazing and our fur baby loved her stay. We were so impressed, we have a repeat booking made for this year and will continue to book with Petstay.
We had Sheila looking after our dog Bess for two weeks. We had done a couple of short stays to ensure Bess was comfortable. From the start you could see how comfortable Bess was with Sheila and how much she loves dogs. We gave Sheila a sheet about her daily routine and she really made sure she was kept to the routine. We had updates from Sheila and videos which put any anxiety about leaving her for two weeks. Bess loved Sheila and we are already booked for 2024. Leigh was also great at organising the booking and all the documentation required shows that they take pet stay seriously and ensure all details are correct and that our pet will be well taken care of.
The entire Petstay experience was a positive one for us and our dog. We were set up quickly and efficiently with excellent carers, who were truly happy to spend time with our dog. They were keen to understand his needs and make him as comfortable as possible. We were kept informed of his visit whilst we were away with photos and little messages to ease our worries. We returned to a healthy, happy dog, and would use this service again with confidence.
This was our first time using PetStay. Although we have been way from our lab Tilly before this was the first time with people she didn’t know. Sophia from PetStay arranged for us to meet with Pat and Peter at their house and Tilly was immediately comfortable with them. We got updates and photos throughout her 5 day holiday and we were confident that she was having a lovely time. When we picked her up she was straight back into her normal routine. We would highly recommend PetStay.
Return visit to stay with Karen . Mabel was “at home “ immediately and was excited to see Karen . We felt perfectly at ease and confident she would be well looked after. We would definitely recommend Pet Stay and Karen to any of our dog owning friends .
First class service from start to finish! From the initial conversation with Jane through to Ziggy's stay with Pamela everything was faultless. Very thorough and detailed information prior to booking, backed up by daily photos and videos of our Ziggy having a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the service and the carers.
Now being the only dog, William did not do at all well in kennels last year, so I went through Pet Stay and he stayed with Gerry and Rachael for ten days (after an initial meet and greet). They were wonderful, sending photos and texts, and he was wonderfully cared for. When I went to pick him up, he seemed completely at home, and I think he would have happily stayed!
Great experience with Susan. I met her prior to the stay and introduced my Frug Hulk. Whole process was simple and Hulk stayed with her for 10 nights. Great communication throughout! Can’t fault her or PetStay. I will absolutely look to use it in future.
I have used PetStay on several occasions and always had a positive experience! My shih tzu, Alfie has just spent a week with Sue who he regularly stays with. I get regular updates and photos from her which is reassuring and means I can relax and enjoy my holiday! Alfie is always well cared for and it is obvious that Sue has a passion for dogs! Alfie always comes home content and settled!
Vicky and David looked after my cavalier Annie. They did a fantastic job. I was anxious as it was her first time away from me and she is 11 years old - her favourite activity is sleeping! I need not have worried as Vicky and David understood and met her needs perfectly. I was sent photos to reassure me. Annie was relaxed when I went to pick her up and was clearly well cared for. I thought Petstay was reasonably priced and provides an excellent service so fully recommend.Julie from Petstay Suffolk was helpful and communicated well.

Vicky and David did a super job looking after our two Border Terriers. They took great care to understand their needs and also provided photos during their stay. We have used Pet Stay twice now and both times we have felt very confident that our dogs were relaxed and happy while we were away. Overall, this is an excellent service, especially for dogs that need a little extra care and attention.
