We've had a perfect experience with petstay. The matching of boarder with our cockapoo molly is perfect. She's happy and settled with Jackie and has a wonderful time. The fact that she ran to the door to go in to Jackie gave us the confidence that it was the perfect match. Jackie is so caring and clearly loves the dogs she cares for as if they were her own.
Great service and care of our dogs. Averil is the only person who our 2 Shitz Tu will stay with, within a few minutes they are making themselves at home.
I have nothing but praise for Petstay Our Munsterlander who has “ issues with separation “ was matched with an amazing couple Steve and June, he is soooo happy there and we can now enjoy our holidays again, thank you guys for a truly pet focus service. Our boy is one lucky dog xx
Our experience with Petstay couldn't have gone any better! This was our first time putting Zeus into any kind of care, and we felt in good hands from the first point of contact with Jane. She was very quick and thorough, and arranged him to stay with the lovely carer Lorraine and her family. They were just a perfect match for our boy. We loved receiving updates daily, seeing how much he was being spoiled and involved in the family's day to day activities. It was very important to us that Zeus was in an environment where he received a lot of affection and attention, and that is exactly what he got! We could relax and enjoy our holiday completely. I think both Zeus and the family were sad when we came to collect him from his holiday, as they'd built a wee bond! We will 100% recommend and re-use Petstay in the future and would love it if Lorraine was to be his carer again.
This was an excellent placement for our old and sensitive greyhound. Carolyn and Martin obviously knew the breed well and he was comfortable with them from the first visit. Carolyn sent photos daily and he was obviously relaxed and happy. They even remembered his birthday. I’m sure she would be happy to choose one of the many photos of him which represent his visit.
From start to finish our experience with Petstay was very efficient and just what we had hoped for. Vicky and David were lovely with Mojo and the updates and photos were much appreciated.
Peter and Patrica are absolutely more than 5 star, my dog loves them, When I went to collect him he wouldn’t come out from the settee. Peace of mind when I leave him. Peter and Patricia are so kind and loving he’s going back next year. Thankyou.
Excellent service from start to finish! From the initial telephone conversation with Jane who took lots of details about Louis to match him with the carer and then organised the meeting with carer Gilly and her dog Nala at Gilly's home. Gilly was very thorough about finding out as much as possible about Louis and his daily routine. I loved receiving the daily photos and Louis looked very happy and at ease with his holiday home. I really felt he was having a great time which put my mind at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both PetStay and the carers.
Lauren has been looking after our reactive Labrador with allergies for over 4years now, Jakey just come back from a 2 week stay and has absolutely love his time with Lauren and family. There is no better feeling knowing that your dog is in safe hands whilst you’re away! As our dog has allergies he needs daily medication and extra care Lauren tended to all his needs and has not shied away yet the list of jobs from ear washes and to back rubs! We are always so grateful
After much thought, research and deliberation, I booked my two darling dogs into dog boarding via Pet Stay. I wanted them to be able to stay at a home where they could have free range to wander and no other dogs staying over. After dealing with Lauren of Pet Stay directly, I was able to have all my requirements fulfilled. My "girls" had three nights with a lovely dog carer and I have them booked in for more sleepovers over the next 12 months. 5 Star Service
Our doggie carer is fabulous. One very contented dog comes home to us. Love the fact she lets him sleep on her bed and also she sends us photos of him whilst in her care. It’s very reassuring, so trustworthy and reassuring he’s ok
Minnie has just stayed with marvellous Margaux for the third time. We can relax knowing that she’s extremely well cared for after completing the thorough pre-stay procedure with Leigh. Thank you very much!
Another excellent experience with Petstay. Gilly and Nala went out of their way to accommodate Tavish which was much appreciated. He appears to be very at home in their company and they make it feel like a home from home for him. Thanks also to Jane who helped to arrange as she was jetting off on her own holiday. Can’t rate Petstay highly enough as they provide peace of mind that Tavish is well looked after Thanks again
Can't recommend this company enough. I needed a sitter at quite short notice and Lauren went over and above to help me. Fixed a meet and greet quickly despite both her and the sitter due to go on holiday. Karen (the sitter) was lovely and Bruno and I were very happy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Julia found the perfect couple to look after our spaniel puppy, Tilly. I met Jerry and Rachel well before the visit where it was clear that Tilly and their two dogs got on well. I felt that they understood the needs of a young dog. I had no qualms about leaving her with them for a week and enjoyed seeing the photos sent by Jerry. Tilly was clearly very happy when we collected her and knowing that Tilly was in such safe hands certainly contributed to the success of our holiday. It’s god to know that we have found such a good place for her to go and look forward to a continuing relationship with Jerry and Rachel, and their dogs!
It is easy to book through Pet Stay. I ring Lauren, the local area manager, describe my dogs needs and dates required. Lauren matches my dog, Oscar, with a dogsitter. We meet before the stay to make sure everyone gets on. During the stay I received messages from the sitters and felt immediately that Oscar was being well looked after. Oscar has now stayed with Kevin and Tracy three times and he has 2 future bookings already booked in.
Chester has just returned from his 3rd stay with Adrian. Once again, he has been loved, played with and cared for by Adrian like he was his very own dog. Adrian sends regular updates and photos to keep us updated during our holiday. Best of all, is that Chester seems to think that he's had his very own holiday and loves every minute. We have already booked his 2024 stay!
Petstay Norfolk have been great in arranging a carer for Caleb whilst we were on our summer holiday! The carer they found (Tracyanne) was simply fantastic and Caleb came back to us looking even happier than he normally is! Very happy and couldn’t recommend enough
Mark and Chris managed to place our dog with a wonderful carer for our holidays. Their knowledge and understanding of our needs was met perfectly. Would 100% recommend.
