We were so happy and so relaxed while we were away as our dog Gucci was staying with Sonia and Phil of PetStay having her own little holiday.They were both very attending and cared for Gucci as we would have.Gucci also loved being with their gorgeous black Labrador and we think she misses him dearly.Will definitely rebook again.
Janet and Arthur took Popsie into their home and treated her like their own. Couldn't have wished for more!

Second time Prince has stayed with a Petstay family , we are so happy to have found such a great couple to look after him whilst we go away. He is sure spoilt and we can tell he is so happy with them , puts our minds at complete rest leaving him , Petstay is a very well ran company and would highly recommend .
Poppy loves going to Alison and Roger's in York - maybe because she gets to go to the pub with Roger! We feel grateful that Poppy is happy, safe and well looked after while we are on holiday. Poppy has been going to Alison and Roger when we are away for some time now, and we are hopeful they dont stop doing PetStay. Always great communication when booking with Tracy. I met with our dog Beanzy's carer and knew that he would be well looked after, and i wasn't wrong. It was clear that Susan and her family loved having Beanz and made sure to give him lots of attention and cuddles. Susan was so kind in sending me regular pictures and updates that i had no concerns at all. I would feel most confident in using Susan and Petstay's services again in the future.
We’re based in Newcastle upon Tyne and were perfectly matched by Leigh with a wonderful carer, Paula. I knew from our first introductory visit that they were going to have a lovely time together! Paula was warm and welcoming with a beautiful home and garden for him to run around. Our cockapoo pup is almost 2 and this was first time being away from him, so it really put our minds at rest knowing he was with Paula. He had a wonderful holiday, lots of lovely walks by the sea and we received some very cute picture updates! We’re looking forward to his next PetStay with Paula and I’m sure he’ll be missing her in the meantime!

Oscar had another excellent stay with Kerrie and family. We can relax on our holiday knowing that he is in excellent care.
On the preliminary visit our dog responded very positively to the carer Anne. She has a lovely home on a working farm in beautiful countryside and we were confident our dog would be happy there. Throughout the stay Anne sent us photos of our dog looking very relaxed and happy. The dog was clean and well groomed and clearly happy when we picked her up.

Charlie our cocker spaniel (aged 11yrs) is a regular staying with Yvonne (Petstay carer) over a number of years now. I cannot praise her enough, Yvonne is so in tune with dogs different personalities, she is very kind and caring towards Charlie, going over and above to make his texperience an extremely positive stay. Charlie has a lovely time with Yvonne. She keeps in touch whilst you on your holidays with texts and videos (which is great to receive and reassuring). I would advise booking early as she does get booked up quickly which is testament to her dedication and commitment caring for her furry friends.Highly recommended. 5 star plus, Thank you Yvonne and Petstay until the next time …
Lottie, our little Lancashire Heeler, has been having holidays with lovely carers Helen and David for a couple of years. Helen and David are very kind and Lottie seems to have a great time while we're away and is happy and healthy on our return. It's good being able to have a chat with the Petstay carers about Lottie before leaving her with them and the forms you fill in about your pet and their usual routine mean the carers have all the info they need for your pet to have a happy stay. We've found the whole PetStay experience to be really good and recommend to anyone who is looking for a good alternative to kennels.
Our Cocker Spaniel, Basil, has just returned home after spending a lovely holiday with Jacky. We were worried about leaving Basil as he has never been away from home before. However we had no need to worry. We picked up the same happy Basil as we dropped off. He has obviously had a wonderful time. Jacky was brilliant giving us pup dates every day. Would recommend to anyone.
I was nervous about leaving our 11 year old cocker spaniel, but I knew instantly when I met Andrea I could trust he would be well cared for . I liked that we got to meet before hand and went through all the relevant information about our dog. Andrea was really accommodating with our drop off and pick up times . It was nice to receive updates on how our dog was doing when we were away . I would have no hesitation in leaving Charlie with Andrea again. Thank you
I have used PetStay for several years now and each carer has been friendly, caring, professional and done nothing more than maintain my confidence in trusting them to look after my dogs. Sally looked after them recently, my 2 dogs are 8 months and 13 years old so I warned Sally it would be a challenge with 2 very different needs. But I needn't have worried I got regular photos/updates and I've already booked again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Allestree Derby area Lesley and Dave were amazing hosts to our dog. Knowing we were leaving him in a warm, happy and caring environment made all the difference. I couldn’t rate PetStay but particularly Patricia and Andrew who looked after our dog Rupert for over two weeks highly enough. I was so nervous to leave Rupert with anyone other than family but as soon as we met Patricia at our meet and greet I felt reassured that she and her husband, Andrew would treat Rupert as their own. When we dropped him off for our trip, Patricia did her best to ensure that we felt comfortable, she maintained regular contact with pictures and when we picked Rupert up, he was so excited but we could tell that he’d also had a great holiday. We already can’t wait for Patricia, Andrew (and their labradoodle) to have Rupert again, thank you so much!
Ann and Les were brilliant again along with Ruth. Max became unwell however they took fabulous care of him. Max loves being with them so we can leave him in full confidence that he will be brilliantly cared for.
