A huge thank you to Adrian who had Stan for the second time whilst we went away. You could see how happy he was in all the photos and videos shared. It’s so nice knowing your dog is happy, content and settled. Adrian looked after him so well.. thank you!
I can't speak too highly of the care taken by Carole of our little Terrier Ted.This is the second time that he has been to stay with her and it is clear that he is happy and relaxed in her care.I would also like to thank Leigh at Petstay who makes the whole process of booking and arranging the stay so straightforward.I have no hesitation in recommending Petstay to friends who need holiday care for their dog.

FANTASTIC 😊 Firstly I'd like to say a massive thank you for putting us in touch with Adrian, he took great care of Arnie while we were on holiday, it was nice to see the updates/photos from him. Arnie definitely took a shine to him and it was nice to see that he was treated with affection and not like a chore.
We left our fifi with Maralyn. It was our first time to leave her with someone outside the family. Fifi has enjoyed herself and the company. She came back a very calm and happy dog. Would definitely choose to use pet stay and Maralyn again.
We came across PetStay on the website, as we was looking for a home from Home respite stay for our two dogs, so they would feel truly comfortable, we're so glad we did, as they had the most wonderful time with Gerri & Mike just recently & there care for them was caring & very contented to there needs. We will definitely be booking with PetStay again & feel confident that they will be so we'll look after in Gerri & Mike's care.

This is the first time we've left our husky, Indi, with anyone other than family. After meeting Shaun any doubts we felt were silenced, knowing Indi was going to be in good hands. Shaun took excellent care of him, so much so that Indi was reluctant to leave after the 2 weeks were up! We can't thank Shaun enough and would not hesitate to use him again. PetStay, you should be proud to have Shaun as an employee.

This was our first time using puppy sitters for our 16 week old puppy, Hettie. We were slightly nervous about leaving her as she was so young and very needy and demanding, but it was our daughters wedding, so an important event. We absolutely need not have worried. Cath and Jim were wonderful with her, so patient, relaxed and caring. They met all of Hettie needs and kept us updated with photos and little reports, and they enjoyed having such a young pup for a change. We recommend them unreservedly and will definitely use them again ourselves. Lovely people!
Our dog is a Romanian rescue and we were very nervous about his first time away from home. Julie was great at understanding his needs and gave us loads of photo and video updates so that we could enjoy our trip. Petstay.net provided a great service!
Lauren was friendly and helpful from start to finish. She matched us up with the perfect pet sitter. Averil was the ideal person to look after my Ruby, and gave me the confidence to know I was leaving my pampered pooch in capable hands. I would definitely recommend Averil. What can I say about the lovely Jessemy ? She is so caring and reassuring. My Lulu gets out the car and in she goes through the front door with not a backward glance ! I get photo updates from Jessemy which I enjoy. Can't think of any other person I or Lulu would rather have, please don't ever retire Jessemy !!
Alistair of PetStay Somerset was recommended to me by my old boss who had nothing bad to say about the service. I contacted Alistair on 27/03/23 via email. I left a voicemail on the 29/03/23 as I had not had a response and finally spoke with him on the 31st. He apologised for the delay explaining that he had taken in a rescue pup who had taken over the world for a few days. We had a lengthy chat regarding my two dogs, what they are like, the dates I needed them looking after and how PetStay works etc. He advised he would come back to me suggesting a host. Following our phone call I felt reassured that this would be the right choice for my pooches and I would be able to go away for my daughters wedding knowing they would be cared for as much as they are at home. It is now the 18/04/23 and despite leaving a couple of voicemails and an email I have still not heard anymore from him.
It's the first we've used Petstay so we were obviously a bit cautious. However, the dog carer, Janet, was a lovely person and obviously loved dogs and our dog came back very happy and healthy after our week away. We would certainly use Petstay again with confidence. Setting up the contract with the company with Chris was also very straightforward and professional.
Milo had had two operations on his front legs and we were keen that he was kept calm and avoided jumping around other dogs. Lorraine was experienced after owning dogs previously, and was fantastic will him. She provided lots of photos to re-assure us during our stay away. Milo had a great time and enjoyed his stay.
Tink is our rescue dog and she is very anxious and not good with other dogs, so we have to be very careful about leaving her. Carole is fantastic with her, understands her needs and really knows how to make her feel at home! Lots of lovely photos put our minds at rest. Wonderful care.
This is the first time we have left Alvin, so you can imagine my anxiety, well I must say Alvin was very happy staying with Gerri & Mike for his holidogday, he was allowed to sleep on their bed as he does at home and from what we saw when we picked him up he had totally made himself at home and was a very happy little chappie. Thank you Petstay and Gerri & Mike for making his stay a home from home happy stay.
Great service and communication. It was helpful to have a meeting at the pet sitters before we went away. We felt relaxed and assured that Barkley was being looked after just as we would - but with extra long walks!!
