We knew from the first meet and greet Karen was the right person for our spoilt pooches. Betty and Barney have spent 8 days with Karen and have been so well looked after, we received regular photos of Barney sleeping on her sofa and Betty sound asleep on a step ( exactly what they would do at home) they looked like they where home from home. Karen was so welcoming, loving and caring towards our dogs. I already recommend pet stay and plan on using Karen every time we go away. I can’t thank Karen enough for looking after my fur babies so well, she’s a star.
Lexi loved her time with Shaun and I was happy she was in a safe and happy environment. She was given lots of cuddles and attention and the in-depth booking process ensured Shaun understood her needs and challenges excellently. Looking forward to using Shaun again in a few weeks as this was a ‘trial’ weekend before our holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending PetStay!
Mayzee seemed to have a wonderful time with Pete and pat, a very kind couple who looked after her very well,,, we will very much use again and mayzee will re-unite with Pete and pat very soon for another sleepover,, Andy and bea x
We recently used petstay for the first time for our 10 year old dog and were very impressed by the professionalism of our local coordinator. Very indepth screening process which led to providing an excellent host for our dog. She was very well looked in a safe and loving environment. We would recommend this service and will use it again.
Our dog stayed with Adrian, he was so lovely from start to finish. He let us take our dog round to meet him prior to the stay. He made us feel so comfortable with leaving our dog to go on holiday. He sent us photos and kept us updated. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service from start to finish . Cheryl organised everything so efficiently and professionally. Rupert stayed with Christine and appeared very settled and happy. Im booking in again for next week .
I was very happy with Anne-Marie’s care of my dog Bella. She treated her just like her own dog Bertie. I received regular updates and photos during her 4 day stay there, which was a great reassurance that Bella was settled and happy here. I would recommend Anne-Marie and definitely use her for Bella again.
My girl, Cassie is dog reactive and it has been difficult to find suitable places for her to go when we go on holiday. With Petstay you can specify exactly want you need for your dog to be most comfortable. This is the second time Cassie has been to Ian and Denise, they look after her as if she was their own and she looked great when I picked her up. Their home is a real home from home for her and I have already booked her in for next year!

PetStay Inverness: This was the first we had used PetStay and I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. The process was really clear and expectations of both parties transparent. The carers were very welcoming and put us at ease. We visited them a couple of times before the stay and our pooch was quite happy going back each time. We feel that she was well looked after and she can stay again soon.
Petstay - Norfolk Alison and Frank were great carers! When we collected Winston he looked so well. Winston had not met Frank before but apparently treated him like a long lost friend 😂 He settled in quickly and it didn’t take long to become his mischievous self bringing them objects that didn’t belong to him and sorting out the neighbouring cats! 🙄 He seemed to enjoy his holiday and in turn we enjoyed ours! A big thank you also to Sophia for her fantastic organisation, especially as changes were needed at the last minute. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Petstay - this is Winston’s 4th holiday with Petstay
Fabulous Service This was the first time we have used PetStay. Our dog Olwyn has epilepsy, with seizures sometimes triggered by stress, and she requires medication several times a day. Ruth at PetStay Edinburgh was brilliant with Olwyn. We met her twice before Olwyn’s stay and were reassured by Ruth’s calm and organised approach. Ruth sent us many photos and videos during Olwyn’s stay, and we didn’t worry at all. We wouldn’t hesitate to use PetStay again.
I just wanted to express my thanks to you, and of course to Jenefer & Don for the wonderful care given to Ziggy & Indy while we were on holiday for the past two weeks. It was the first time either had been left with pet-sitters but I needn’t have worried about how they settled in as all went so well. Jenefer kept us updated daily with a lovely photo which was so brilliant. We had a fantastic holiday, made even better by knowing that our dogs were being so well cared for. Please do pass on my heartfelt thanks to Jenefer and Don and I will certainly be in touch for any future dog sitting I may need.
The whole process from getting in touch with PetStay to picking our 2 dogs up from their 3 day stay was excellent. Communication was great, the meeting with the boarders & the dog's stay went really well. One of our dog's is very nervous & we think the experience has done her quite a lot of good. Really pleased.
This is our 5th year using pet stay when we go away! Bobby as always, has had a fab time staying with Carolyn! He’s getting older and his requirements have changed since the first year they met, but Carolyn is always very accommodating. My mind is always at ease when we go away as I know he is in safe hands.
Loki had a great time with Caroline. We could not have asked for more. We received regular updates and photos from Caroline. She treated Loki like he was her own. We would highly recommend both Caroline and Petstay. We will definitely use Petstay and Caroline again.
Easy to organise, straightforward paperwork and piece of mind that we were leaving Skye in v safe hands. The second time Skye has stayed with Hilda and its like a home from home, she's in the door and not batting an eyelid at being ledt. Spoilt and loved on her holidays.
Really poor communication from this company. Tried charging us £60 for 18 hours (1evening/night) this was a trail night before the main holiday. Was then told trial nights are not good for the business and don't recommend them. Considering the holiday was only £200 would of spent more on trail nights. More interested in money than the actually welfare. Do not use
Excellent Hosts, Roly has been sulking since we came home, think he prefers Alison & Frank to us 🙄🤣🐶
Wonderful service which means our fur babies receive fantastic care from lovely people in their home meaning we can go away with complete piece of mind that they are happy and well looked after
