Took my wife out downtown for our 3rd anniversary used park whiz to find a 24 hour garbage found one for very cheap. Also had valet and was right by our hotel literally walking distance. Always very accurate with the prices on the app. Also during our trip I had received a text message letting me know if everything was ok stayed in cocntact with ParkWhiz the entire time until I got home and let them know we made it home and our experience was fantastic. Definitely going to be using parkwhiz everytime !

I'd give Park Whiz a negative 1 if I could. What a scam! I purchased a time slot from 6-10:30. Came in at 5:47 & left at 7:30 & was charged again while leaving. ParkWhiz said they can't do anything about it. Said it might be because of the car I drove or I came in too early, but no where do they say what is too early on the website. SCAM

ParkWhiz has excellent integrity and here is how I know why. I was asked for feedback after a recent concert and I gave it two stars. Shorty afterwards I was asked why and so I shared specifics. A full refund was issued with apologies. I was very surprised as I never imagined that anyone would even follow up on a negative review. Little Cesar’s Arena has a BIG traffic flow issue to address which ParkWhiz commented about taking that on - great job to this company! You may think my 5 stars is about the refund - nope! It’s about the genuine concern demonstrated in our communications by Maricris!!

I paid thru their website for 2 parkings to see Mercyme @ Amelie Arena in Tampa. They charged me for 5 tickets. I was refunded for the 3 tickets but re-charged for them.....urgh Since then had numerous emails with their customer service to no avail. Also getting out of the parking garage was a nightmare and very very slow. Will never use ParkWhiz again.

ATTENTION ParkWhiz patrons: Allow me to provide a warning (and perhaps vent) to all that may be interested. I drove to Chicago to see my daughter (the ONLY reason I ever go to Chicago). I paid for parking through my ParkWhiz app and parked in the same lot, same spot I do every time I visit her. I paid for 6 hours from 9:30-3:30pm. I returned to the lot at 2:20pm to find my car was towed. I spent the next 4 hours dealing with getting to my car at A-1 Towing on California; having my husband travel down to Chicago to pick me up to take me to the tow lot, having to pay $220 to get my car out. I have all documentation showing I paid, confirmation of payment and pass from ParkWhiz and all ParkWhiz offered was to refund the parking fee ($11.00). I'm out the $220, 4 hours of our Saturday afternoon and a lot of aggravation and frustration.

First time using park whiz couldn't have been easier. Paid thru the app, pulled into the parking lot, handed the keys and took the ticket. To check out they scanned the app and I was on my way. Easiest parking experience I've had in NYC, hands down.

It was easy to find an affordable spot with the app.

Every thing was fine except.....I paid $28.75 to park in a garage that was only charging $25. $3.75 fee to use the darn app, a 15% mark up!!!!! Plenty of parking. Clean. Well lighted. Very safe feeling.

Efficient. No snags in the process of making a reservation and driving in, getting the car back in a timely fashion, then driving out. Attendant was pleasant and courteous. Very fair price using the ParkWhiz app.

Purchased parking for an event at the Hollywood Palladium. Showed up and was told they aren’t accepted on show nights, which was great considering it was advertised on the shows page for tickets. Contacted for a refund and they asked for a receipt provided by the parking location, except it was cash only so no receipt given. Good response time, rest is garbage.

In the 2 or so years I’ve been using ParkWhiz, I’ve had issues with parking lots two times not accepting my reservation due to “full lots.” The. Both times I’ve dealt with ParkWhiz customer service it’s been phenomenal. Not only are they unbelievably quick to respond, but they’re polite, and professional. I will always recommend this app over any other to anyone that asks. Thank you ParkWhiz!! You have the best team!!

We have used the service twice, once my friend set it up and once I did. We were able to park with ease in a well lit, safe parking area. We paid less through Park Whiz than we would of if we had taken our chances on finding a spot. Will continue to use the service for any parking we need to do in the Detroit area.

ParkWhiz is the first company in 7 years of living in Colorado that has ethics and does the right thing by customers. They do so without the customer even having to ask as well. Pleasant change from the normal behavior of people.

easy, cheap, fast, worked perfectly

The best app I've used hands down!!! Very customer centric, responsive to texts and phone calls. I wished my own company performed to the same customer service level as ParkWhiz.

A true stress reliever for someone not familiar with an area. ParkWhiz put us less than five walking minutes away from our destination in downtown Cleveland. The amount of detail provided was outstanding. We'll be using ParkWhiz again soon.
