They offer easy QR code but it does not work. They offer refund, which they will not give. They take and keep your money so you end up paying double for parking. The app is useless, there is no guaranteed spot. Do not use.
The garage was great as usual. However, Park Whiz charged me $45-when I got to the garage the rate was $19. They are giving me a hard time about correcting their prices. This is the second time their prices are unrealistic. The only good thing about using Park Whiz is that you are guaranteed parking.
