The Secure Parking USA lot at 1399 Vel R. Phillips Ave, in Milwaukee, WI was clean with ample spots and easy access for our photo op with the Bucks 2020-2021 NBA Championship trophy.

Easy to find and park no traffic on way out
Prepaid parking was from 6pm to whenever. I checked in at 5:57 by their clock (6 by mine). They charged me an extra $9. Attendant said he could not open the gate (which I do not believe). If there were instructions to not enter before stated EXACT time, they were certainly not clear. Officially $9 for 3 minutes. No exageration.
I had no problems. My name was on a list that I had prepaid. Everything ran smoothly.

I had reserved parking from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Fortunately, the attendant seemed to be quite flexible with the times. I arrived at about 12:15 p.m. and left shortly after 6:00 p.m. Cost did not change and I managed to save $20 in parking fees using the app.

I used the app at 6:20 PM to book 24 hour reservation from 6:30 PM to 6:30 PM the next day. I received the confirmation email at 6:22 PM, 2 minutes after booking. The confirmation email showed booking times from 5:00 PM to 5:00 PM the next day. In other words, the app booked the wrong times, for 90 min earlier than my requested reservation. I got to the garage at 6:30 and they said they would have to charge me an additional $35 dollars if I came back "late" the next day to get my car at 6:30 PM. Dealing with this caused me to miss my 6:45 PM train and I couldn't get another train until 8:13 PM, missing my work dinner in another city that had been planned for months. When I contacted customer service, they told me I was lying essentially, that my claim is impossible, even though I have a time stamped email from the app at 6:22 PM showing a booking for 5:00 PM the same day. I'm deleting the app. My company will still pay for this charge, but out of principle, I will never use this app again - and neither should you.

Easy to use, no issues
So easy, affordable, and with so many options available it made 12 hour parking in Boston a breeze. I wish it was easier to change my time slots for the same garage without needing to refund and rebook but even that was easy.
