This is a really good app to find affordable parking in downtown Chicago. I have using it for past three weeks and so far so good.
The staff was very courteous, friendly, helpful and accommodating to me having Disabled Plates. The whole process was very easy on my phone. The only minor issue was in trying to exit, it was a bit hectic. Other than that I would use them again.
The garage attendant was friendly and professional. He took my car and returned my car upon return swiftly. Location was great for grand central and the new Summit experience.
I used parkwhix to book parking for the lions/steelers game in Pittsburgh. After booking for $25, I was given a reservation for parking for 12pm to 5 pm. Needless to say we arrived at a normal time for the football game and when it came time to leave the bill was over $35 as we had arrived early. No where on the website does it say there could be additional charges for arriving outside a window you are not given until you book. A complete nickel and dime scam.

ParkWhiz is genius, pure and simple. Not only have I never had a problem with the app, I have gotten some truly jaw-dropping deals. Six bucks for eight hours...IN CHICAGO??? Unheard of! But not with ParkWhiz! Love this app.

I booked it and I had trouble getting there and I emailed them a few minutes later that I had trouble navagating on my phone but you are only allowed 1 minute to switch it and my phone was having issues that’s very strict rules and I never made it there but still was charged
