I've used ParkWhiz twice and both times the rates were great and the attendants at the facilities used were courteous. I recommend this service.
I just got home from an extremely bad experience after being turned away from two garages after ParkWhiz prepaid reservations were refused by the attendants. First I was rebooked by customer service, and then after driving to a second garage my new and more expensive prepaid reservation was also refused as they were "full." I had assumed ParkWhiz would be like a hotel or airline booking site, and my PRE-PAID reservation would be assured. It isn't. It doesn't seem to matter if you book days ahead, or minutes ahead. Relying on a prepaid ParkWhiz reservation might not only disappoint, but could also mess up your plans while you drive around until you give up. I had to park on the street and risk a ticket in NYC. If that thought bothers you, I recommend contacting a garage directly instead of booking thru the app. I would think the lack of an assured reservation might be an important expectation to set, but unfortunately ParkWhiz buries it in the TOS: "The allocation of parking spaces within a lot is solely under the control of the lot attendant or uncontrolled if not attended. We, therefore, cannot be responsible for any consequences arising from the lack of suitable parking.“ - Terms, ParkWhiz mobile app So you reserve, you pay ParkWhiz *in advance* - but in the end they hold your money and parking is still a gamble. I've lost that gamble now three times in a row and I've had it. This is neither a freak incident nor the first time it's happened to me. Sure, customer service is great at arranging refunds and rebooking, but I just don't have time to drive around all night for their parking lottery. And I couldn't care less about the offered extra credit on my ParkWhiz account. I have no intention of ever using it.

I did not have to park my car. The attendant parked it for me. The two attendants (Latinos) were very polite. When I came back from 28 Liberty Street, I did not have to way a long time for the car. If I have to come back to the area, I will use the same place.

The garage was close to where I needed to be and I was able to park my own car. The process was easy as well.
My barode did NOT work, had to pay again to get out of garage. That's $21 x 2 = $42!!! Very disappointing
Purchasing parking pass was easy and not confusing at all. Garage was easy to locate. I did have a problem opening gate with the app but an attendant was there.

The parking situation was good. You couldn't get any closer to the theatre to see Wicked than this. The attendants were fantastic, and they had our car ready in less than 5 minutes after we left the show. If I ever return to watch this concert, I will definitely park here; it was ideal!
