App is easy to use and always cheaper than paying at the garage. Should always reserve parking garage in the city during the weekdays, most garages are full before 10am...

I’ve used Park Whiz in NY and Philadelphia with terrific results. But it’s when a problem pops up that you can tell an ok company from a great one and Park Whiz is great. I made a reservation, the garage didn’t honor it, I had my refund back w great customer service at every point.

A good service to locate decent parking in Boston. Good describtions and directions. Its nice that you can cancel and get refund if plans change, which often happens. I was able to print out my QR code to avid the hassle of producing it on my phone in an underground garage. That is a huge plus.
I visit Chicago often, love using this! It makes things so much easier for this small town girl to find a place to park!
