The parking experience here was excellent. You literally couldn't get parking any closer to the theater to see Wicked. The attendants were terrific, and once we left the show to pick up our car, they had it ready in less than 5 minutes. If I ever go back to see this show, I would absolutely park my car here; it was perfect!

After a recent problem with a city parking spot - the fault of the garage - I contacted ParkWhiz, I received an immediate response from a very caring representative. This situation was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Great customer service!

The ParkWhiz Help Center team is incredible and really helped me out. I had purchased a ParkWhiz parking pass through another company as an add-on to a concert event. My plans changed and I no longer needed the parking pass. However, the company I purchased the pass from (not ParkWhiz) gave me a difficult time with processing a pass cancelation and refund; I only received canned responses to my inquiries and it made me feel like no one was actually reading my questions. I asked ParkWhiz if they could help, and they wonderfully did! They followed up with the company (they shall not be named but I’m sure you know them) and got back to me that the company confirmed a ParkWhiz refund request. My refund is now pending in my bank account, whoo! Thanks Ferdy and everyone at ParkWhiz who helped me with this. They were all personable, patient, and straightforward in all the emails I sent them. I recommend people to buy directly from ParkWhiz when next attending a major arena/stadium event!

Fabulous company and customer service! Reserved parking for an event that was cancelled due to covid. Did not find out until the cancellation window had just passed. Texted customer service. Heard back within minutes from a real person. All charges refunded. Use this company!

I prepaid for parking at the SoFi Stadium through Parkwhiz to see the Black Pumas concert Dec. 17. The concert had been postponed from an earlier date of Sept. 23, but all that was updated on my pass. We arrived that evening, presented my scan to to attendant and it wouldn't work. I had to pay an additional $40 to park. There seems to be no way to contact Parkwhiz through their website so I guess I'll just have to keep writing these reviews until somebody listens.

The app was very easy to use and I had zero trouble entering or exiting the parking garage. Finding the exit on foot was another story. Five stars for ParkWhiz

Fast and easy

made it easy to reserve parking, and they checked in on me. however when sending text for help about pick up, got a not-useful message from a bot.
