Used Parkwhiz for the first time today... never again. I was charged more than I would have paid at the parking garage if I would have paid directly to them. Parkwhiz advertised I would pay less with them. They lied. Major rip-off. Beware!!
I was charged an additional $13 over the $25 I paid for 1/2 hour less than I had contracted for. Multiple emails were disregarded and I received no explanation. Will never use again.

I attended an event at the Fox theater. The lot was very close, 1 block easy to get in and out. Use of the scanner was convenient. I like that the lot was only available for prepaid customers

I don't think I will ever pay for parking any other way. This is super convenient, such that you already have your parking pass (store on your phone or print) before you arrive to the parking facility. When you arrive, simply scan your parking pass, at which point the machine will spit out your check-in ticket which you will need to use to check out.
Perfect...in and out, no prob...worked out great with app too.
The staff at the garage was very helpful since this was the first time I used Parkwhiz. Next time will be easier

Easy to use and it all worked great.
Easy access to garage, using QR code made entry and exit easy. Paying online enabled us to skip the long payment line after the event. Garage location excellent, right about center of grb and exactly across street from door into grb. Will use again!
