Today was the first day that I used this service and had an incredibly positive experience. It was so easy to get the pass online and had no issues with the process. I was able to get in contact with someone from customer service and discuss anything I had questions about. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.

The best app for parking! As soon as I told the attendant I prepaid with the app. He gave me a receipt and they took my car. No added charges when I got my bill. Will always use it. Hassle free finding a parking space in Manhattan.

I love ParkWhiz. I live in NY and parking in Manhattan is a nightmare. ParkWhiz makes it so easy to find the best prices for parking garages near my destinations and even tells me how far is the walk from the garage to my destination. On very rare occasions I have had issues with the actual parking garages not ParkWhiz, but ParkWhiz has always helped rectify those issues and has even credited my account when appropriate. Their customer service has been exceptional. I love this app!
