We had a great parking experience. The attendant was present to let us in and we were able to park anywhere in the lot that we wanted to. We prepaid so we were able to just leave when we were ready!

I purchased a parking ticket through parkwhiz for a concert in Washington, DC. After almost 30 min hunting for the parking venue a very nice man in another parking garage informed us the valet parking was closed and we could not use the parking space I paid for. Very disappointed and frustrated as we were late for the concert!! plus, I paid for parking in a nearby garage.
Just because I purchased my spot through ParkWhiz doesn’t mean there is a guarantee spot. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my event only to be told multiple times by the attendant that there were no spots available. He was incredibly rude and now I have to find an atm for cash to park somewhere else and then walk a half mile to my event. Missing a third of it because my guaranteed spot through ParkWhiz was not there. Yes they refunded my money for what I payed but that’s not the point of prepaying to avoid this. What about the lost money from my event I missed out on? The guaranteed spot means NOTHING!
Parking was great! But customer service, ability to contact the company and the app is not so great. I deleted the app as soon as my concert was over, never want to deal with it again.

Reading the parking lot reviews helped me choose an excellent parking spot. I loved the visual map. The one thing I would love would be option to add parking QR to apple wallet.
Your website was a disaster to use. When we were finally able to open it and finally find a spot, the parking place was great.
all worked smoothly EXCEPT we arrived at the lot shown on the app and were directed a few hundred feet away. I had planned that lot based on proximity to a restaurant and this time it worked out OK but I am concerned if this is the policy that next time I could end up several hundred yards away from the agreed lot. I consider the acceptance of my reservation for a specific location binding and since this was my first time to use the app, I am now concerned that this was not the exception but the rule and I do not want to work with an app that I cannot trust. I will try it one more, and if it happens again rating will be 1 star. thank you
Overall experience and process was great, I would give it 5 stars... But, when I arrived, the cost for the event was less than what I paid via the app.
I used ParkWhiz to find a parking space near the Houston Zoo. I selected a parking lot, reserved my spot, and then discovered it was non-secured and a long way from the zoo. Rather than park in the spot I had reserved, I drove around until I found an alternative parking lot. I considered my money wasted, but when I contacted ParkWhiz they immediately credited my account! I appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism of ParkWhiz and will definitely use them again.
This was my first time using park whiz and it was great. I will definitely be using again.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was allowed. I used ParkWhiz for prepaid parking, got to the garage, the attendant had me scan my parking pass and grab a ticket. When I tried to leave the garage my ticket said I needed to pay for parking, when I asked the attendant for help he said to pay again and then ask ParkWhiz for a refund. Multiple people in the garage were having this same issue and it was causing a very hostile environment in the garage. I paid again to exit the garage and then submitted a request for a refund to ParkWhiz. After weeks of back and forth ParkWhiz told me they were sorry I parked in the wrong location and would credit my account. I provided documentation and a maps image to show them I clearly did not park in the wrong garage. I will never do business with this fraudulent company ever again. Would not recommend! Every person who used parkwhiz in that garage had the same issue, don't think that many people had the "wrong"address, what a terrible excuse to avoid a refund. Do not use their services worst experience ever!

Getting my parking pass was easy. ParkWhiz is easy to use, and having the pass on your phone makes it very convenient.
Everything went well. ParkWhiz was on top of it to make sure we were satisfied.
