ParkWhiz was available in San Antonio when we were recently visiting there. At first I was skeptical, and unfortunately, due to mobile data issues, did not get an advance reservation made, and pulled a tab to enter the parking garage like most others. And that was pricey. The next time I booked with ParkWhiz for a fraction of the cost. Though it was an unattended lot and there was an online promo code.

I will think twice about using parkwhiz again. My flight was delayed by 12 hours and despite calling parkwhiz and the garage ( red beam garage at TF Green Aorport) and being reassured that all I would be charged is the booked daily rate, I was charged more than triple the original rate. I was told by the garage to contact parkwhiz and parwhiz is telling me I'm SOL.
Be careful. We prepaid for parking several months ago while buying concert tickets for a venue in Baltimore. Garage is attached to venue and parking was marketed to us at time of ticket purchase through the venue’s online ticket seller. Arrived at garage during the time period the code should have been active and it would not scan. Told us that our “card is not registered”. Fortunately the attendant was right there to let us in and back out again after proof of purchase. Absolutely no reason that the code should have failed. We will not prepay again.

Simple & easy
I was happy to know I had a place to park reasonably close.. However upon arrival, lot was not full and drive in people did their own check in for $10.00… I invested $27 for knowing I had a place…expensive for that security of knowing I had a place.. Next time I won’t prepay to park..Roger Sargent
Using ParkWhiz was very easy. We were attending a show and looking for the closest parking lot with the best rates. You just scan the bar code from your phone and enter the lot. Would highly recommend!
