Easy to find, easy to park, parking attendant very helpful
We drove from Toledo and to have a safe, easy-to-find place to park was key! This was the easiest, stress-free way to do it! We were thrilled to have found this opportunity! Terrific for The Fox Theater to allow us to book parking so we can buy concert tickets in another state and city with no parking hassle! We will never hesitate to buy tickets to The Fox or the Filmore!
Simply stole my money. I paid for a monthly pass, went to the parking lot and they said I must pay them also the second month that day only in certified check form (which I did not have time to get only when their manager is there) so I couldn't get a pass. Parkwhiz did not take any responsibility that they haven't disclose this weird process and they did not care I'm paying for parking I have no access to. Customer service so awful and rude and not helpful. just stole my money and hung up on me.

Horrible experience . I booked only a few days prior , the money was withdrawn from my account and I printed my parking confirmation. When I arrived at the parking garage the attendant refused my minivan and told me he didn’t have room . He was nasty . I explained I paid he said they had no affiliation with parkwhiz . Bad communication between the app and garages. Will never use again .
I used ParkWhiz for a baseball game. The game was cancelled so I never used the parking pass. Someone I know was going to the same game and received a refund for their parking, but will not give me one. We purchased the parking pass the same way, through the app. April responded to my email when I first requested the refund and has not responded since. April has provided terrible customer service. Not one response from her with a follow up of my refund request.
They will not refund a parking pass - saying it is ticketmaster's responsibility. Even though it is purchased through ParkWiz. Canceled through Parkwiz and confirmed canceled. Now they are saying I have to contact ticketmaster for a refund. AWFUL customer service.
Followed the GPS directions through the app and had no issues getting there. Easy in and easy out. I was great know that I had a parking spot before I even headed out.
Easy to book online. Requires printing out a paper voucher. Not a problem for me at the time but could be a problem if booking while mobile. I will use the service again for future needs.

Very convenient way to pay for parking. The notifications like "you have 15 minutes till parking expires" is very helpful.
I found the location easily; the attendants were immediate & polite. When I left, I was back in the drivers seat within 10 minutes. Perfect!!
Easy in and out of the garage. They always send a text asking if you arrived safely and are available if there are any problems. I’ve always had a great experience with this company.
