SCAM.... I purchased a parking pass for the zoo in Georgia and the parking pass did not work and I had to pay again. Parkwhiz charges $20 and the aquarium only charges $17....Avoid this Company and take your chances and just pay at the garage. They are not affiliated with the zoo.
Excellent service. I have been a customer for a long time and just had a little bit of a situation where I wasn’t able to use the parking. They refunded me right away
I had reserved and paid for a spot in a lot across the street from The Pantages Theater in Los Angeles. When I arrived 40 mins before the show, to my surprise, the lot was completely full. The parking attendants said that, “ they were sorry, but they have nothing to do with ParkWhiz.” They were kind enough to direct me to another lot close by. I will not use them again.

Great parking spot with video surveillance. Easy to set up. I actually forgot where I had parked but I looked at the confirmation email and it had the address on it so I just put it in my gps and got right to my car! 10/10 would recommend!

I recently reserved with these guys in WAshington DC. Their description said the spot was within walking distance of the White House where I had a ticket to tour. Sadly - the parking structure was NOT CLEARLY MARKED. I CIRCLED 3 times before giving up. I missed my appt to tour the White House! After much back and forth by email -they finally issued me a credit toward another parking spot great 😞. I’m back home in Oklahoma. That does me no good. They never intended to deal with integrity about a problem that was their fault!

Parking was smooth, location was very close to the Petco Park. All good. Glad I got parking in advance because I saw the space being advertised for more than double the price for what I paid through ParkWhiz. The directions etc were very clear.
My car was stolen from their recommended parking lot in Dallas by American Airlines Center. I paid to park there, and now my car is gone. I do not see where to write a review on their website to warn other customers. It is unattended and there are no security cameras. I called the manager of the parking lot and they said nothing they can do. But how many other cars have been stolen from there?
