Reserved a spot a mile from Gillette stadium. Paid $75.00. When I arrived the lot across the street was offering parking for $30.00 , no reservations needed. Contacted Parkwiz for credit-No reply. This was the first time using this app.

The app is easy to use and the ramp that I parked at was available for the time that I needed it. I felt safe and my vehicle was secure in the ramp. I would definitely use the ramp and ParkWhiz again !
Paid on the app , got a parking ticket when I reported it to ParkWhiz they did nothing to help resolve it. . Now I have to prove my payment to the parking ticket company . When the app should be doing this since they f’ed up . I will be posting everywhere . They SUCK
