Great place to park for a Rockies, had no problem at all, we'll definitely park here again. Read the instructions closely about where to enter the parking lot after the event. You must go through the building at 1899 Wynkoop to get to the parking garage. It worked great for us and the price was less than 1/2 the cost of all other parking lots near Coors Field.

I parked at a lot in Little Rock, AR on 8-18-2022 - and found a parking citation on my car when leaving. I had attempted to use Parkwhiz internet site to pay my parking fee, but it was not working. I have parked and paid on numerous times with no problems. They have also shut down the credit card machine which means I was unable to pay with my card. The citation describes an appeals process. I have sent an appeal to the appeals department and have spoken with customer service twice by phone. No one is able to assist me. I have not received any response to my emails or phone calls. There is really no customer service number that is clearly posted on the website. They provided me with a phone number for the local parking lot manager. That phone number does not work.

Always has a spot available... easy come in and pay, and easy getting out, no hassle....

Game was GREAT Parking was Great. Only problem Parking DidNot Open till 3:00 pm not the 2:00 pm stated on ParkWhiz ticket. Still had a Great Experience using ParkWhiz so if ever i am going to a game that uses ParkWhiz i will.

Paid for parking 5 months ago. Arrived at the lot 20 minutes prior to the start of a baseball game to find the lot was full and that they overbooked it. Missed 2 innings of the game and had to pay to park elswhere - a lot further away. Save your money and book with a more reputable site. Nice of them to reply that they refunded my money. LOL. Really big of you to not charge me for services that you didn't provide after keeping my money for 5 months. 50% of the time I have booked parking with your company this has happened, so not statistically rare. Absolute trash company with some of the poorest customer service I have ever seen.

I paid for a space near the Masonic Temple in Detroit. When I arrived there were NO spaces left. I had to park elsewhere for another $20. This is the second time this has happened to me. Im done with Parkwhiz.

We recently used ParkWhiz to find a space close to Fenway Park. It was easy to get to, and a 2 minute walk to our destination. Easy egress from the garage to the highway at the end of the night and the parking attendants in the garage were pleasant and helpful. It is always pricey parking near the ball field but this space was $20.00 cheaper than surrounding spots - and it was covered parking!

My car was safe, the parking lot was clean. That's 5 stars to me! Thank you.

ParkWhiz is a great way to get parking close to the event you want to attend. Before I booked with ParkWhiz I had bought a parking spot from a private person who not only charged me more money then ParkWhiz but also canceled the transaction the day of the event without even notifying me about it. Although the other person said they refunded my money I am still waiting on the refund. Next time I will just use the ParkWhiz app save time and money. Thanks ParkWhiz

Great APP was able to book a place at the Boston Pier 1 week in advance for a cruise
