ParkWhiz was easy to book and easy to use. Made getting in and out of the event easy!

Got to stadium about an hour before kickoff and had no issues parking.

Parkwhiz is not guaranteed parking in Los Angeles. The only time ParkWhiz has worked for me in Los Angeles is when they were not necessary. When prepaid parking is essential to have spot to attend special event, it does not work. They take your money, but no parking is available when you arrive; you miss your event and must spend an hour trying to contact them for a refund. You will hear, "our phone lines are busy, please text us with your concern." DO NOT USE parkwhiz, it only works when you do not need them and could get a parking spot easily upon arrival at your destination. PARKWHIZ is a SCAM! I have used ParkWhiz five times and two of the five provided no parking. The other three times, people were parking next to me with no reservations through ParkWhiz. It is a service that provides no benefit or guarantee.

I think this system is created to make parking very difficult. Very inflexible time bookings! Especially when you need an overnight parking space (like we in Honolulu) you can only part until 7am the next morning. So you need to stand up at 7am in any case to get your car out. No prior extension possible! There is also a general limit of time extensions so be very carefully with this provider. If you are 15 minutes late you are immediately getting a 50$+ ticket by the local parking space provider. So I do believe this system is created to get the most out of there „customers“. Never again!

Easy site to use and staff is courteous but on day I was to arrive in Chicago I became ill and could not get there Called about an hour later but could not cancel the three days I reserved I was charged for three days Asked about the balance of two days and told I would need a new reservation. PW gets paid for the three days plus would have gotten an additional two days Acceptable policy would be to charge me the first day only as parking in the Loop is always at a premium Gave me a credit for future use which is fine but this was frustrating Update- after submitting review Parkwiz did give me half of my payment back and has credited my account for the other half- much more fair

Flawless parking experience!

This idea is genius. No waiting for machines. You park, fill in your info, pay, and done! With the reminders for time limit plus adding time if needed was such a breeze since it was through your phone. Wish more places implemented this system.

Everything was super easy. Many places to choose from. From booking the spot to checking out after the concert were smooth and easy.

Parking was easy and the app made it easier. Loved the experience!

The staff is very courteous, picking up the car was very quick, the attendant provided me with directions to get to 9A, second time I use this garage, I highly recommend it.

I think Park Whiz is terrific! After moving out of the city where I had my own parking I had to learn how to find parking in the city. Park Whiz to the rescue! I can depend on them and if there is a problem their customer service get an A+

I was attending a concert at the Leader Bank Pavilion, and selected the South Coast Waterfront Garage. It was the least expensive that was also a reasonable walk to the venue. It was really easy to reserve, pay for parking online ($16 vs. $40+ at other garages), and get in and out of the parking garage. This was great!
