Book Ahead: After you’ve selected a parking facility in the ParkWhiz mobile app or on parkwhiz.com, book a space and prepay for the time you need. You’ll receive a parking pass with instructions to help you park easily. Park Then Pay: For more flexibility, use the ParkWhiz app to pay at select parking facilities without booking ahead. Start a session in the app once you’ve parked, stay as long as you need, and control payment from your phone instead of stopping at the pay station. ParkWhiz for Alexa: Find parking hands-free on any device enabled with Amazon Alexa. Just say “Alexa, find parking” and get a parking recommendation based on where you’re going and when. ParkWhiz for Alexa works both in-car and in-home so you can find parking while focusing on driving or other tasks. Download the ParkWhiz app, available for iOS and Android.
Parking was great along with pick up and transport.
the price was right, and it was very accessible to the venue I was going to
The parking situation worked out fine. Thank you.
Excellent caring and quick
Lits of helpful staff made a big event efficient.
Great app, easy to use!
The service at the parking lot was great. However, I think your adding a service charge to the price and not telling me until checkout is a bit unfair.
When I showed up at the parking garage, I was told they were already filled even though I secured and PAID for a parking spot the night before. Evidently Park Whiz OVERBOOKS. One employee Joe was terrific and found me a spot when he realized how upset I was. I would be hesitant to use Park Whiz again because I know paying for a spot in advance is no guarantee. Bad Business!
It’s a scam your bar code dosnt work at the perscribe spot , give me my money back you are a scam just ask Gordy
FYI......If you buy parking and its cheaper when you arrive at the venue they WILL NOT REFUND THE DIFFERENCE. Only a credit. I have had this happen 2 times and they will not credit it back to your card. I think its BS that they charged $68 for parking when the venue only charged $50. Warning to consumer, THEY DO NOT FIX ISSUES. THEY DO NOT REFUND WHEN THEY PRICE GOUGING YOU.
Booked a reservation, arrived, and tenant told me to leave bc they over booked! Nothing like driving to NYC for a show and not having parking! They wouldn’t refund at location and now I have to initiate email claims.
This app is a scam! We reserved a parking space in Boston, but when we arrived, the garage was full. Then we reserved a spot in another parking and it was also full. Finally, we went to a third parking without using ParkWhiz and we got a space. ParkWhiz is useless and will only take your money.
I got scammed by this company. They quoted me one price, but when I got there, I was told a higher price. Called Parkwhiz immediately, he told me to pay first, get a receipt, and we'll "see what I can do for reimbursement". I paid, sent them receipt, nothing happened. Never use them again, nor should anyone.
Easy process and received follow up texts to ensure I was able to access the garage….great customer service
Beware! This place issues you a scan code which does work at the gate. Then they refuse to give you a refund. The staff is not trained and are very unprofessional.
The ParkWhiz app provides the customer easy parking access near the event location at a reasonable price. Lot attendants are very friendly, attentive and ensure excellent customer service for the parking customer's experience. Highly recommended for out-of-town events! Nate Birmingham, Alabama
Simple app to use to book parking, found a great location next to Fenway that was reasonably priced.
ParkWhiz is easy to use and lots are clearly marked. My only complaint is that my original parking pass was cancelled for an event at the AA and I was to issued a $5 credit toward another parking pass. However when I added the promo code that I was given to be used for my reservation for an alternate parking spot it was not applied;). And BTW the $35 lot cost me $44. Oh well.
Everything was great! Signs to gain access into lot maybe need to be positioned better, but otherwise no problems.
This was my first time to Dos Equis Pavilion, so I didn't know what to exactly expect. I've been to similar venues which had loads of free parking close to the venue, but the exiting at the end of the show was awful. This spot off Pennsylvania avenue was awesome! Not too far, about half a mile, and away from all of the traffic. A super nice attendant monitors the vehicles so you can feel safe going away for a few hours to enjoy your event. I'm coming back here again for future Dos Equis events :)
