Booked parking through the app and was told at garage they were full and we couldn’t park. Contacted Parkwhiz and requested refund and even submitted proof we had to pay for different parking. Received a canned response “we are so sorry…” - well they don’t mean it. They try to appease you with a canned response and then just aggressively ignore any request for a refund. ParkWhiz is a lot more expensive than other apps and the scamming people out of a refund is not ok. I contacted my credit card company and they will claw the money back from the merchant. This was double annoying. Shame - used to be a decent app.
Don’t use parkwiz. They do not communicate with their local parking venues. Our concert in Austin got cancelled and the rescheduled. They sent a email with updated parking pass but when we got there the machine stated that our parking pass had expired. Line of cars behind me waiting to get in so we decided to just pay for a new pass. When I contacted parkwiz after the concert that stated that their was nothing they could do. After speaking with several supervisors they agreed to refund my original pass but stated that the extra money that I had to pay was out of their control. I will never use them again. Horrible customer service. Go to their website and look at their reviews and see all of the other complaints.
Do not use them. I paid for parking, which happened to be valet at the four seasons hotel. When I arrived at the hotel and showed my parking pass. They said they were full due to several events. I am still trying to get a refund and filed a dispute with paypal.
Very easy to use. When I mistakenly reserved a spot twice, they were happy to refund my payment quickly.
It was easy. I did not save that much in parking fees, but I did like knowing I had a space.
Easy to use, cost a little more than not reserving a parking spot, but we were able to get very close to the venue.

Tried to park at a Texas Tech football game yesterday. Pass would not work and could not be honored. Spent 30 minutes with customer service about the issue through Vivid seats. Paid for parking to be able to park since pass was not honored. Was assured I would get an email follow up from Customer Service with a way to resolve the situation. Still have not gotten anything and missed 45 minutes of the game trying to get parking pass issue resolved. Very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone.
Park Whiz resolved my dispute over an unauthorized booking in the amount of $207. Took way too long but they were fair.
Easy in and out…great experience
parking here makes it fast and easy to get in-and-out and enjoy a concert.
Easy parking across the street from the theater.
Parking garage allowed for easy access in and out, and was short walk to Beacon Theater.
Appreciated the directions, lot description, and parking instructions. Will use you again.
Getting in the parking lot was a breeze, getting out was a cluster. Parking attendants did a great job overall. Ordering the ticket online is the way to go for sure

Drove from San Francisco to Los Angeles for a concert. Got there within 10 minutes of my reservation time only to find the lot full and closed off. Had to use the valet service next door. Very frustrating. UPDATE: ParkWhiz was very responsive to my issue, and refunded my money. I also had a second booking with them in San Diego which went smoothly. Upgrading to 3 stars.
