Very easy to access parking.
Excellent location for downtown Lexington, Ky for an event at the Lexington Opera House. Lighting was good and felt safe walking after dark.
Ease of entry, exit. Location to event and lighted lot.
Easy convenient cheap
Ease of making reservation online, customer service when I had a question. However, the Lot# was correct but the street name was not correct. There were two entrances but on both signs it indicated another street name not the one listed online.
Easily Accessible. Easy in and Easy Out.
It was very easy to use & the employees were professional & friendly.
Great experience. Easy in and out. Covered. Seems safe. Great location for Lucas Oil Stadium & restaurants/bars. I would use again.
I bought two parking passes for Alan Walker's event (12/02/22) at the Hollywood Palladium via Ticketmaster's website. The parking pass has this specific parking lot listed "1530 ARGYLE AVE. Hollywood Palladium Parking Lot Operated by Proper Parking". When we arrived, we were turned away because they "don't honor ParkWhiz during an event". Granting that I paid $12 for each parking pass, the attendant immediately added that if we want to park, it's $50 each! Yeah, they want more money and rip off the event-goers but ParkWhiz should stand behind their service and give security to their customers. This bad business practice between parking providers and parking resellers should be stopped! I called ParkWhiz's customer service (888-472-7594), I'm supposed to be the "next caller in line", only to be told that they're "now closed" after holding for 21 minutes! Ridiculous! Now I have to email their customer support to ask for a refund. Let's see how fast that would get resolved. I know it took them a second to get my money when I paid!
Parkwhiz is so unreliable. Although I prepaid for parking online for a spot at the Hollywood and Vine lot in Los Angeles, it was denied. I had the printed out ticket in hand. Even after the attendant called a supervisor, my pass was declined. I have submitted photos and receipts, but no response. DO NOT use them
I prepaid for parking at a garage near Ford Field for the Lions-Bills game on Thanksgiving. When we arrived, access to the road with the garage entrance had been blocked by the police to accommodate the city's annual Thanksgiving parade. There was no way to access the lot without driving through the police barricades. Obviously ParkWhiz should not sell spots in parking lots that are not accessible. But under the circumstances I figured that ParkWhiz would at least quickly reimburse me, as they could easily confirm that the street was indeed closed. How wrong I was! After numerous emails to ParkWhiz -- and even including a map of the parade route and road closures that day -- the company just stopped responding! Don't make the same mistake -- stay away from ParkWhiz!
It was easy to park and easy to leave after the event.
Location and guard helping us to a spot
Perfect spot! Used the maps app & located it to a t…
Easy to pay system.
Well is getting better and better I am old fashion is difficult the technology, but I did it is very good. Since you learned is very easy and convenient.
Clean and quick!
Excellent, super deal for Boston.
I was in Austin and parked in a lot and scanned the QR code to pay. I spent 20 minutes and it kept not taking multiple credit cards. I emailed them for help and of course they did not respond for a while. Then I figured out I could download the app, which gave me two lots one 300 feet away which was the distance I was from the lot and one 1.1 miles away. After 30 plus minutes of all this I thought I had it covered. When I returned every single car in the lot had a ticket on it. Mine as I assume theirs was $83. I thought I can email them and they will fix the problem and credit the $9 I paid to park to the proper lot, no problem and dismiss the ticket, and I will be done. It turns out they had another lot a half block away and the app only allowed me to pay for that lot. No wonder everyone got a ticket. Parkwhiz says there is nothing they can do about it because the other lot is operated by another operator. I know that is bs because EVERYONE had a ticket. It is a scam. Then they said I could appeal after an hour of going back and forth with them, by now it is too late to appeal. I tried the method at the lot.., did not work. I emailed for help.... did not help. I used app and paid for what any reasonable person would have done. Noone can do more. Ticket number 1001088637. Stay away from all their lots.
Don’t use ParkWhiz! I found a parking spot through their app closest to the US Bank Stadium for a Viking game. I needed a close spot because my son is handicapped with MD. When we arrived, we were told by the attendant that the ParkWhiz pass would not be accepted. So we were turned back into the city to find parking elsewhere! I’m deleting my ParkWhiz app and never using it again!
