I’d give zero stars if I could. Couldn’t get in to the garage with PW barcode. I’m not the only one to have this experience at this garage. Others are fine, but not this one.
First of all it’s cheaper than paying at the gate. Easy access to the spot.

Terrible Service! I made a reservation at Copper Mountain Chapel Lot parking. The lot was full when I got there. I asked the attendant why there was no reserved parking left. He said they gave up the reserved spots at 11AM; even though my ParkWhiz reservation was from 6AM to 10PM. So I sent an email that afternoon to ParkWhiz Help to get my $45 refunded. They responded right away but asked for details before they would refund my money. I responded the next day and have heard nothing from ParkWhiz Help since then. I have sent two more requests in the last week; NO RESPONSE from ParkWhiz and NO REFUND. A TOTAL WASTE OF $45.
if this app is ur last hope at least try to go to the parking place before booking to see if it accessible or not cuz if something wrong happens u won't get ur money back edit: they contacted me with refund at the end but still a very bad customer service experience
AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS!!! They use parking facilities that steal from your car, and then refuse to get involved when you contact them... yet, still have no problem taking your funds.
One star too many! I prepaid for parking that was inaccessible due to road construction. ParkWhiz would not grant a refund.
Parked in a lot near the fox theater. Prove was great and it was super close.

Horrible experience with ParkWhiz. Had to park at another lot in nyc and dispute the charge from ParkWhiz with my credit card company. First the place did not have address anywhere - it was an outdoor lot. Circled block a few times and finally pulled into this place - when I said that I would be getting my car around 11 pm the attendant told me I better not be late as they close at 11. This was not shown when I booked the spot that they close at all as most nyc lots are 24 hours. I could not guarantee to be there by 11 so I had to park elsewhere. ParkWhiz tried to offer me a 1x credit of $30 on account but not on my credit card. They also did not want to credit the full charge of $42.40. I did not accept this as I would never use them again. Also the lot I went to was $46 which I sent them the receipts but this made little impact on how they handled the matter. I say, stay clear of ParkWhiz! Not worth the aggravation considering their price was hardly discounted.
I spoke to customer service reps on three separate occasions about a refund request they said I would be granted. The first time, my request wasn't submitted to those who decide. The last two times, I was told I'd have to wait 5-7 working days before a decision was made... Conclusion? They just don't keep their word. I'll never use ParkWhiz again.
Stay away! Horrible company. Do not waste your money. Paid for parking, and still got a parking violation, they pretty much said there was nothing they could do about it. What did I pay for!?!

I arrived at the parking garage and traffic was backed up well beyond the cross street above the garage entrance causing a total traffic jam even blocking that intersection. Law enforcement directed me out of line and well beyond the garage entrance. I parked in another one of their open air facilities and had to pay a double fee. I have contacted “help” and provided all documentation requested with no further communication for 4 days or a refund as requested.
