I've used P&S previously and found them to be a step up from Sendle. This time however its been five days for my parcel to come from the other side of Sydney to Wollongong, a grand total of 70km, and it still hasn't arrived and i'm still waiting to hear why. I've had couriersplease (who they subcontract to for this delivery) deliver a parcel that was picked up in Melbourne on Tuesday to me in Wollongong on Thursday while i'm still waiting for my package from across town. So it's not the *courier*, its the company. For a similar price I could have used AusPost and will for future deliveries.
Simple and easy to deal with. They picked up our laptop, packaged it up very well and delivered interstate within a couple of days. Very happy with their service.
We delivered our excess luggage 7 weeks ago to be airfreighted from Sydney to London . It still hasn’t arrived . We get told it is stuck in customs . I find it unbelievable that our used clothing and shoes, a cheap laptop and some vitamins are not able to be released. If we had sent anything unsuitable I would have expected pack and send as a professional company to advise us .Not only that, we have now found out that they opened and repacked the box without our permission or even notifying us. I find this most unprofessional. We were never offered insurance and now I am worried it might never turn up . Pack &Send are not helping us at all to have this sorted - so disappointed in this service from what I thought would be a reputable company. We are your client .I am finding this situation most stressful and feel powerless to get it sorted. $400 Australia - what a waste of money.

Worst experience with a delivery company ever! Could have just used Couriersplease for a quarter of the cost! Did not quote correctly; double the quote after item was collected; delivered it unsigned at a location where nobody was present; dropped and broke a brand new TV. Complaint lodged.
I received excellent service and help to get my art parcel to Melbourne over night. A highlight moment at present as our exhibition in Melbourne had been cancelled due to the COVID shutdown and I was feeling quite stressed and daunted. My work is there now, in storage, for the exhibition in the near future, for when the latest COVID outbreak subsides. I wholeheartedly recommend Hilton Pack and Send for art parcel deliveries. My thoughts are to all in Melbourne/Victoria at present.

I received the goods last Saturday. I can comment that the follow up services by Pack and Send is good since I placed the order. The staff responsible for coordination Johnny provided good follow up services. I will recommend using Pack and Send services compared to Australia Post which I had a very disappointing experience before.
Have used twice now for urgent deliveries and Deb has been fantastic both times including following up to let me know when the documents were delivered. Great service and well priced.

Had to get a car panel from SA for a classic car I am restoring in NSW. The seller just dropped off the item and Kamran did a great job of packaging and sending quickly and efficiently. Very impressed.
We have used 'Pack and Send' before, with no problems at all. This time, however, we are furious. We paid more than $100 to send two suitcases to Darwin. One failed attempt was made to deliver each one, apparently, but only "about a week" was allowed for our daughter to collect them from the depot. With her very busy work schedule, she was unable to collect them within that short time, and so they were returned to us, here in Perth - without any notification to any of us at all. Disgraceful!!! Furthermore, my husband recalls giving instructions for the suitcases to be left on the front verandah (out of sight), if no one was home. This was clearly not done.
