The very best of service from Pack and Send. My parcel arrived with absolutely no breakages in record time, just six days to the United States. I would recommend Pack and Send wholeheartedly to anyone wishing to send parcels within Australia or overseas. Well done.

Got a refund after discovering much lower price for express shipping with Australia Post. Guys at Pack and Send kept repeating to me, as though I don't understand, that courier and postal services are different even after I told them that I will delete my review if Australia Post is as slow as they say. On another note, please don't tell me you're happy to allow me to pay the custom/tax fees for the recipient and then next day tell me you'd rather not allow that...it's the main reason I went to you.

Pack and Send Wollongong are total professionals. I recently had an expensive guitar shipped by them. From when I first contacted Pack and Send until when the guitar arrived was a faultless experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, as they are a first class operation. Job well done.

Have used Pack and send for yrs, Trusted them with personal & business equipment. Recently used online unaware that they are not obliged to track/ deliver the product (use a 3rd party), I have spent hours questioning 3rd party couriers- stress and time waste that should never have arisen. Let this be a warning to all others.

Poor customer service, No transparency & clear understanding for customers’s questions or query related to courier. Very arrogant & unprofessional.... Holding 60 kg weights in hands by two people dum headed(kameran) have no sense of even hold the gate while getting in /out + manual handling. Not to use this sort of unreliable service.

Decided to give Pack and Send a go. Never, ever again. Five weeks for domestic delivery is unacceptable. Five weeks from metro Melbourne to northern NSW. I called on four occasions to ask for an investigation into my parcel. On every occasion I was told “we’ll look into it and get back to you”. No one ever called me back. Christmas has been the same date for 2021 years. Your company should prepare for Christmas parcel surges. Your website still states “two days extra” may be required due to the Christmas surge. Two days? Try five weeks.

Thankyou Charlie. I left a parcel Monday morning and it was delivered by Tuesday morning. Now my son has gifts to open for Christmas as he cannot come to Sydney due to Covid restrictions. I have used pack and send over a number of years interstate and overseas and they have all arrived safe and in timely manner

HORRIBLE experience. I had a parcel booked through the online service to be picked up on a Friday. On the receipt I was issued it had my full address (including apartment number). It was not picked up, and so on Monday I called and they said it was my fault because I didn't enter the apartment number.. even though on my receipt it said I did.. they told me it was rebooked to be picked up on the same day (Monday). By Thursday it had STILL not been picked up. I called again and they rudely said it was still my fault because I did not put down the apartment number and thats why there was a delay and could not tell me a pick up date. This is terrible service, something has gone wrong on their end, my parcel still has not been picked up, and I will NEVER be using this service again nor recommend it to anyone. You have completely wasted my time waiting at home everyday for it to be picked up

Update: Parcel is in transit I'm told. And to clarify what I meant by 'basic service'. Pack and Send is a booking agent, not a courier service. They receive the requests from customers and pass it on to Couriers Please. There is no point calling Pack & Send if you have a problem. They're not in touch with the couriers at all so you can't request the courier contact you or ask why they didn't pick up, or request follow up as I attempted once before, it's pot luck. What they can do is put in another pick up request sans details, so just another job. The couriers aren't given company phones and won't use their own, so contact is non existent. The more parcels the more money for the couriers I was told so of course businesses get priority. You might as well ring Couriers Please direct, you'll get the same service but Pack & Send won't get a commission for taking your booking I'm assuming. I won't make contact with them until after my consignment is delivered to discuss this, as per their request. I'm seriously considering the more expensive Aust Post in future. UPDATE OF UPDATE: I know it's late however it's important to tell the end result. My grandchildren's Christmas gifts arrived at the destination on 11th JANUARY! Won't be sending anything in future. Money transfers/vouchers instead. Sad. Won't bother contacting company the issue can't be corrected.

This is the first time I've used P&S. I sent a package to my mum in South Africa. P&S subcontracted my delivery to DHL. I was then charged an amount for customs duty that no one could explain to me - and the package was clearly under the R1400 threshold. I asked for a customs invoice - and no one could produce this invoice. I then was 'cautioned' that if I don't pay the customs amount my package will be delayed and storage fees will be charged - even though I have not been able to get an invoice from P&S that at least explain what the amount is for. I have contacted DHL - they only referred me back to P&S - after a very firm: 'I am not discussing this case with you any further' from Jason from DHL Australia customer service. After 18 emails between me and P&S, I received an email that the customs charge was an error and the package will proceed to the next stage. Today it has been 3 weeks since my delivery was put in 'shipment on hold' status. Reference below Today I have received an email from Sharina from P&S Customer Service: 'I would love to have this resolved for you however it is out of my control.' No accountability to resolve the issue. Only good thoughts and apologies. And me the sucker customer to pay for all of this....

My first time using Pack & Send. First and last. I visited twice to collect parcels and each time they complained to me about the low commission they received on my order. I was unhappy that they kept one parcel for a week without notifying me. To give credit to them, they did explain why they had not contacted me but then advised me to go to another Pack & Send outlet as they were not interested in my business. When I asked for customer feedback forms they told me to try their head office as they weren't interested in my feedback. I did make a complaint on their head office website. Surprisingly, no response.

They LOST my package, tracking said it was delivered 4 weeks ago and it wasn't. They have stopped replying to my emails. The last thing they told me is 'it will turn up eventually'. Completely unacceptable and I am outraged. It's been lost for weeks. I used to love pack and send and used it all the time, never, ever again.
