I scheduled a pickup for a package from Sydney to Adelaide. Expecting the courier the next day between 12-5pm. Did not show up. 2 calls to pack and send during this time - I was told the driver would be there. No driver showed up. 36 hours after paying for a pickup I called again and was told ( by a very nice agent) they could not guarantee when the courier would come as the courier was a 3rd party. So I cancelled got a refund and went to the post office. I used a courier as this was time sensitive and a payment was dependant on an on-time arrival. best use an alternative if you want a reliable service. Cheap does not always mean good.
Pack&Send West Melbourne managed to make a pickup of my documents the same day I ordered, both phone and emails were answered fast and clear. Thank you so much for reliable service.
Nick at Pack and Send Richmond was a star, solving my problems late on a Friday and getting my package delivered to the UK the following Monday. Well ahead of schedule!
The parcel was picked up On Monday morning the 10th February from Adelaide. It was delivered Tuesday the 18th February. The parcel looked like someone had played football with it! I assume no care was taken, and bigger boxes put on top (thrown on top?)

I have been using pack and send online for my business delivery for over 1 year with no problem. Recently, they changed the carrier to Aramex, and they have been terrible. For the last 6 deliveries, my parcels were never picked up, I had to call multiple times to follow up and sometimes took over 3 weeks to pick up my parcels. I complained multiple times, nothing happened. Pack & Send claims to be the "best courier", from my experience, they don't care about their business partner, and I am consider changing to a more reliable courier service for my business.
I would give zero stars if I could. What a complete waste of time and energy. Pack and Send were unable to complete any aspect of a very simple job. 1. Pick up was late. 2. Delivery went missing. 3. When I followed up they were incredibly rude. 4. I was promised they would contact me with an update after they'd looked into the issue. That never happened. 5. They were unhelpful and utterly clueless on each occasion that we contacted them and they never once contacted us as promised. 6. Eventually they declared the package missing. 7. Clearly Pack and Send did absolutely nothing to look for the parcel because the recipient of the parcel decided to take things into her own hands and located the driver who she was able to contact directly. The driver located the parcel and delivered it. 8. The parcel had been opened at some point along the way and rummaged through. 9. After we had located it on our own they contacted us again to declare the item missing. I will NEVER do business with them again and I would strongly recommend people avoid them at all costs. Mistakes happen but the way they dealt with the mistake demonstrates that they they really could not care less. Now wait for them to respond here with a standard-issue cut and paste apology...
Super simple online process. The Rowville outlet was really friendly and helpful. He assisted with an envelope and printed off the labels when my home printer wasn’t working.
The second time I used this service and So far items were collected on the date requested and delivered without a delay. This time,, the very first day received an email regarding collection date that was not correct but when I informed the error, immediately sent prompt reply. That’s great. Hope to use even for future requirements and based on my experience I could recommend Pack & Send Australia.

Outstanding service, courier collection on time and incredibly fast delivery from Melbourne to rural Tasmania. I got a quote from DHL for $160 and from Pack & Send for the same package a quote of $60 and the overseas package arrived exactly on time. Yay!
