I have been sending my engraved timber slab signs all over Australia for 25 years and have been using P & S for the past 5 years. Service is generally good but when anything goes wrong responsibility for fixing the problem is referred on to either the agent or head office and I'm left in the middle trying to sort it out! My agent in Orange has suggested that I don't book on line but direct with them (at a higher freight rate). I recently sent a 110 x 60 x 8 sign to Tasmania - as normal well packed and the timber sign 45mm thick. It arrived broken into 2 pieces. For this to break it would need to be dropped from truck height or run over with a fork lift! I have sent photos of the damaged sign to P & S agent who forwarded it to Head Office. In my opinion it is Head Office who should take responsibility for this - it was booked on line and reasonable duty of care not taken. All I have asked is that the replacement sign which is now re-made and ready to consign be delivered free of charge! A simple, decent request now bogged down in red tape! P & S - you need to have someone in your organisation to take responsibility and deal with customer complaints fairly and promptly! P & S response below highlights their shocking business practise. I pay them to carry my freight and I expect them to ensure fair duty of care is practiced. This was serious damage by irresponsible handling by Star Trek who P&S chose to carry the item. 20/07/2023 - I have never heard from Pack and Send and am enjoying great service and much better prices elsewhere - plus all my freight is covered by warranty.
The guy was a sociopath. After they failed to provide the service requested, Hornsby Pack n Send blamed it on lack of packing materials. Days waiting for packing (on multiple occasions). We paid $1,600 for freight and would have waited 3 or 4 days regularly. When it arrived, their lack of work was visible. Huge air gap, wrong box, hence crushed box. No foam pellets as requested in the box, or just barely enough to cover the bottom. After we complained to head office, Hornsby Pack n Send then asked us why we contacted head office. Then they told us not to send any more packages. I thought OK. That was that. Bad service provider. Wont see them again. But wait. There's more. 6 months later, the owner Babak rang me all stressed out and wanted the consignment number. I told him that they told us to go away. He then hung up and three minutes later, he posted a bad Google review on our business. But didn't we pay Hornsby Pack n Send for a business service? Nightmare franchise owners ruining Pack n Send's brand. You can choose who you like for freight and the market is certainly broad. That was simply our experience with that franchise.
The team at Pack & Send Pyrmont are the best in the business. They have never let me down with my regular shipments.
The parcel arrived well packed and in good time. They also arranged pick up for me from the auction house. It seems expensive but the service is extremely good.
This was the first time I have used a courier service & they were very helpful & thorough. I was buying something through Facebook Marketplace & they contacted the seller themselves to explain how to prepare the package for shipping. It arrived in good condition & I would definitely use them again.

The forms for international consignments aren't filled out correctly. Package got held by UK customs for months. Package was damaged and items missing because the courier was also gash. And now it's taken me 3 months for pack and send to get off their behinds and refund me for my missing hard drives (with mega sentimental stuff on there that's irreplaceable) Avoid at all costs. Editing this reply to respond to you. You absolutely knew that a TOR1 form needed to be filled out considering that I got an apology from your franchisees, who sent me the form and forwarded it to their contacts. I paid over the odds to use pack and send because I foolishly thought you were professionals and would know about this. I could have saved 50% had I sent it with the post office. ...oh, and I've already messaged you on the email address you provided, but surprise surprise - no response.
Australia Posts Great Australian SCAM, Directly Billing Business and Direct Debiting Straight Out of Their Bank Accounts Pack & Send Tracking No. AUW052986587 I’m would now like to file another complaint against Pack & Send for another fraudulent charges of a parcel that was 80 x 33 x 7 cm weighing 9kgs that was sent to Rasmussen Queensland 4815 on the 21 September 22 and was billed on the 18th October 22 for 20% more, $10.91 for being by being 10kgs. This same box was sent to Rasmussen and the buyer noted it was the wrong panel as too large. He then had it resent by Pack & Send Townsville with Franchise Owner Lewis Brown re weighing the same box at 80 x 33 x 7cm & 9kgs ( ref. AU- TNSV050740FL see attached photo )and had it sent back to me in Traralgon Victoria. I then relabeled this same box and re sent it to Tasmania (ref. AUW053305500B ). Now l had this amount directly debited from my bank account on a created parcel that measured and weighed three times and being more exact the parcels are billed on measurements to get a cubic measurement not on weight as Pack & Send have guessed. I have been waiting for a response from Pack & Send customer service, Emmily Nikolovski from the second “False Billing Scam” since the 5 October. I have sent many emails, filling complaints over & over with the online Customer Service Person asking them to get this Emmily Nikoloski to PHONE me and l even rang Pack & Sending Head Office asking to speak with Emmily Nikoloski and the best excuse response l got was that she’s gone to lunch and she’ll have her ring me as soon as she gets back in the office. image0.png image1.jpeg image0.jpeg These are all boxed and weighted by myself, every box with the weight and box measurements written underneath the Pack & Send barcode label on every box They are weighted on a digital 300kg Scales that l purchased in June 2022. image2.jpeg Now in response to the False / description and outright theft of money straight from my bank account for the third time. The ANZ Bank has been notified of the Unauthorised Bank Transactions and my card has been CANCELED and a ANZ Investigation started on the transactions on the 5th October for $9.22 for a “ Manual Handling Fee” & the 18th October for $10.91 for a 1kg extra fee when l’m paying for cubic metres of wooden Creates. Pack & Send will NOT get any more business from Thomson Chassis & Replacement Panels Traralgon, 3844. Pack & Send were warned of this if someone had managed to read my emails to Emmily Nikolovski, l will add these as an attachment. If l received another False / Fake / Thieving Charge that l would NO LONGER use Pack & Send for my business, Thomson Chassis & Replacement Panels Traralgon, 3844. So lam no longer going to use them and will be rating and posting about these issues with Pack & Send. Over two weeks to receive a parcel from Sydney to Melbourne. I followed up by email many times. While they responded quickly it didn’t help to get my parcel any quicker as they use outside shippers. Not happy and would not use again or recommend
The man, the myth, the absolute legend that is James Dick. This guy is astounding! His knowledge, his willingness to help, his dedication. I didn't have a huge amount of knowledge shipping heavy items, and I was very nervous. When I rang up James, on top of being extremely busy went above and beyond for someone like me. James is defiantly someone you can't replace. If he leaves pack and send, then I'll be forced to find another company to ship with. James, you bloody legend! I'll be telling the world of your name!

Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Issues right from the very beginning, but blamed me for every one of them. Firstly, they told the sender not to worry about wrapping it as it would be done back at depot. Then charged me $100 more to wrap it back at depot. They refused to cover the cost even though they told the sender not to wrap it, but they refused to budge and I had to pay it. They damaged the item so badly in transport that the manufacturer stated it was beyond repair. The measly warranty cover (that I had to pay extra for) wouldn’t even touch the sides of the replacement cost. I requested a refund of my (HUGE) delivery costs as I’d paid for something to be delivered that is now irrepairable. Both ACCC and Office of Fair Trading stated I was 100% entitled to a refund of the delivery fee as well as the warranty cover (that I’d paid extra for), but neither could enforce the company to refund the fee. Although, apparently, out of ‘goodwill’, they processed the pittance of warranty payout— not even enough to cover the huge delivery fee, let alone having 1 cent left over to replace the item. And of course, with zero moral decency, they refused to refund the delivery costs. And in the end, I am basically told that I am to blame because the item wasn’t wrapped properly in the first case. So essentially I paid a huge amount of money for delivery of an item that I now need to throw in the tip. Could not even recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Update: was sent the below message, I guess to appear like they are proactively trying to fix the issue, however I did what they asked and messaged the management, but received no reply, all smoke and mirrors.
Johnny and his team at Pack & Send Pyrmont routinely pick up my eclectic mix of purchases from Leichardt and deliver to Melbourne. Always carefully wrapped and packed, all items fragile and precious have arrived safely. Have great faith in them to deliver.

I used the delivery service of Pack & Send (Crows Nest, Sydney) to send my Hisense 55” TV from Sydney to Melbourne. Overall, amazing Good customer service . Tracking was provided and the delivery was done within the timeframe provided. Happy to recommend the delivery services of Pack & Send.
