Can’t recommend them highly enough. The guys at Rowville (Vic) Pack & Send are awesome...friendly, efficient and the prices are cheaper than Aus Post. Never had a problem delivery using Pack & Send and I use them 2-3 times a week.
P&S Coburg is run by an abusive business owner, who yells abuse at costumers with no COVID safety as well. There seems to be a sham operation involving this company and Sendle, as in my area, they never attempt delivery and automatically direct you to pick up parcels here. Sendle has no phone number or physical address, the only one they provide is for P&S. When I tried to complain about this to the P&S owner, I got 7 straight minutes of shouting abuse (in my face with no distance and no mask by the owner), yelling, and threatening. It was absolutely appalling. I will never go anywhere near any of those companies every again (pack & send, sendle). Especially here in Coburg it seems to be a real sham operation.
Toyota service at Rolls Royce prices. Very difficult to get a comparison or a quote once they have control of your goods. Expedition was excellent, packaging very good, but if I had known the high cost beforehand, I could have flown to Sydney and picked up the item in person for very little more.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PACK AND SEND Newtown, I was more than happy with their professional service thank you . Well done Chenna and his team !
Pleased to have found Jake and his team a few months back. Polite and not pushy we made several visits to arrange goods to return to Perth. We were pleased with the options made available as well as the timeframes and tariffs. I would highly recommend this particular branch of Pack and Send Botany (actually at Matraville!!) for peace of mind and professionalism. Thanks Jake for your assistance and attention at a difficult time (start of COVID) - much appreciated.

28/04/2020 Update: Please read what I wrote carefully before reply to me. The fee I was asked to pay was NOT tax!! The email was clear, they asked me to hire a third party private company to help me with the taxes!! So the charge was NOT paid through chinese government. The charge was supposed to be paid to a PRIVATE COMPANY that I don't even know the name!!!!! Please get all your facts before trying to convince people you guys take no responsibility for this! After I paid $249 for a small 2.5kg box to be send to china, I was asked to pay another $100 of custom brokage fee to a third party priviate company. Not custom tax, which is something I should pay, but BROKER FEE!!!!!!!! My question is, if I need to hire another broker? Why should I paid you guys sitting around and doing absolutely nothing???? The pack&send shop owner first told me that is included in the price, he told me he will contact DHL and take care of it. Next day, he told me there is nothing he can do, it is a "Coronavirus Thing". Since I waited so long, I am not only responsible for the custom tax and broker fee, I am also responsible for the storage fee. OMG, how much money do you people want to make from a 2.5kg box???????? It is ridiculous!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with their so called "service" ..... On the 8th april, package was picked up from residential premises within an hour of booking. Awsome i thought, package might make it from NSW to QLD by Easter to cheer up a family impacted by Covoid. On the 20th April, still no delivery. Followed up on the 16th April. Came back to me by the 20th April, with response "Please be advised that I have coordinated with our depot to conduct searches however, they have come back to us and advised that their searches came back negative. We are sorry to hear of the loss of your items travelling under XXX. Absolute joke and no communication to say its lost nor an offer to get your money back. Packnsend you are a joke!

Our business had an urgent job we had to transport from Shepparton to Melbourne: five pallets of printed material. Pack & Send Shepparton were able to organise delivery within 24 hours, working overtime to get our shipment organised and delivered. I didn't think we would be able to get this done, but they did. The reason we called Pack & Send Shepparton in the first place was that we know they are all really family-owned small businesses: the people who answer the phone are the people who will be your point of contact from door to door. We wouldn't have made our deadline without the excellent service Susan and the team at Pack & Send Shepparton provided to us. Highly recommended.
To be honest, these guys were nothing short of incredible throughout my entire move from Australia to New Zealand. I used a two-prong attack by sometimes booking extra baggage on the airline and getting Rick and his team to pack whatever item I decided I needed next, which I booked in as oversized baggage, or conversely, I mailed items (some of them big). At NO time was anything a problem, and every time I felt like I had their full attention. They treated everything as if it was their property. And, everything - including my pictures - arrived beautifully wrapped with not a scratch on them. And, I thought the service was very cost effective, given the work, wrapping, and time they put into preparing everything for travel. I couldn't have gone close to the professionalism and dedication they showed. Thanks heaps guys, and all the best....
Johnny and his Team at Pyrmont have been terrific over the past two years. I have purchased auction items in Sydney and they have packed them all carefully and transported them to Melbourne with speed and efficiency. The correspondence between us has always been prompt and I can't recommend them more highly.
Extremely poor service. I left a parcel with them and paid $250 for it to be packed and sent with the promise they'd email me the tracking number within a day and it would arrive within a few days. Several days later still no tracking number so i left message asking for it - they don't return the call. After six days I manage to get someone to answer the phone and they admit the parcel isn't even packed yet because they have run out of foam packing materials. What the??? Why don't they consider it urgent to go out and get more packing materials? And why couldn't they be bothered to ring me or email me and let me know my shipment had been delayed?

These guys handled our difficult freight job with ease. All the big international freight companies weren’t very helpful at all. Granted our freight was an awkward pallet of wall tiles weighing 900 kgs needing picked up from outer Sydney and shipped to Wellington New Zealand, via Auckland. We even had a large freight forwarding company in Sydney recommend we try Pack and Send. We’re glad we did as Pack and Send did an excellent job with the freight, the extensive paperwork and the ongoing communication. The fragile tiles arrived in perfect condition.
