I can't recommend this company high enough. I sent a package to my daughter in Melbourne on a Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday. My daughter will be sending a package to us and will definitely be using Pack & Send. Great job to all concerned. Margaret Davidson

Booked a pick up, waited 9:00 am - 7::00 pm never turned up, reschedule next day and at this point still nothing - and told it’s the contractors responsibility and they can’t do anything about it. Be clearer on your business model. Go to couriers direct.

I am very pleased with the service that James at Geelong Pack and Send provided. He delivered my fragile carbon masts in a shorter time frame than expected and with extra protective packing to my door at a very reasonable price compared to his competitors.

So, I was a little wary sending this via PACK AND SEND but gave it a go after checking out the reviews. Not a little parcel, 8 kgs and 38x29x26 cms in diameter. For $23 ~ it was delivered overnight! How amazing is that!! Super surprised not only by the price, which I thought was great for such a large parcel, but the speed in which it was delivered to the customers door!! I have already recommended this service to all my teamies! Will defiantly be back!

Excellent service. Some items were fragile electronic test equipment. All were well packed and arrived safely. This was the first time using this service and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, communication and performance of the team. Thank you.

Had parcel picked up in Aspendale Vic Express delivery ,gave a bit of time due to Covid.Contacted Pack and Send gave delivery Number,and told me i need another Number which I don’t have.Contacted Sender who said they couldn’t read bar code so gave a pick up slip which she has thrown out Then Contacted Star track who said they can’t comment as it needs to come from Pack and Send Called Pack and Send where I was told all drivers have log books for when bar code can’t be read I asked for log books to be checked Reply was can’t do that as they just throw them in back of Vehicle (so nobody checks the books) reckon I might need to go see someone If anyone is having a Parcel pick up ask the person at the other end to send a copy in case this happens to you Part I don’t understand is if you put ur name and address on the label why can’t they find it (because these people rely on bar codes and don’t look maybe can’t READ.

I recently dealt with Shaun from Pack & Send Nailsworth, his support in arranging the collection of my item from a local residence in Parafield Gardens was excellent. He arranged for the item to be labelled at his store and made the process for myself quite easy as I was in Cairns. Hey PackSend. So I have a bad experience with us. Almost one week with my staff got stuck in Perth and no one know about my things. Every day I called for talk about my things no one give me invoice or track number. I’m very upset, the team told for give the number of track I need paid first. I did. And still no have number. I paied more the other company for quality but this company is fake. If my things disapear I will process with the company. Is not honest.

I had 3 pocket knives sent from Sydney to Newcastle unfortunately I trusted their honesty and never worried about a quote and was charged $110. Disgusting will never use pack & send again

I used the self service and they did not pick up the parcel for 3 days. I had to call every day (this is part of the self service deal) and the only thing they can do is to call the delivery company (which is external to them) and rebook every single day. On the 4th day I called for advise if I should cancel or if the parcel would be picked up on that day but they are not able to do other than escalate to the delivery company so there wasn't any guarantees that the parcel would be picked up on the 4th day (again, part of the self-service agreement). I eventually obviously cancelled it. I have wasted my time waiting for my parcel to be picked up, If I would have sent via AUS post it would have probably had arrived already. I didn't want to go to the AUS post due to COVID lockdown but eventually I had to do it. Do not waste your time with the self service and go to AUS Post, the price is almost the same and they are not as picky as this company with too many instructions that I followed to the dot, in terms of packing requirements and unapproved goods. I haven't tried the other option (non-self-service) but hopefully it works better. In all these days when I called there were 2 ladies, one very nice, the other didn't really show much care about my problems and she wouldn't stop mentioning it was a self service (making you feel bad for opting for a cheaper option). I won't contact them again for a second opportunity unless they do not work with "CouriersPlease" with whom I already had a bad experience in the past (they did not pick up the item too!) and when I mentioned this to the less nice lady on the phone after they hadn't picked up the parcel the first day she mentioned they were good or otherwise they would not work with them. I understand there are additional delays due to COVID situation and this is why I waited 3 days but enough is enough and I am not sure anyway if there were taking this long to only pick up, how long would I have to wait for the delivery. Cancelling was easy and they always pick up the phone.

The man who came and pick up my parcel for delivery made me literally scared! The scheduled pick up time was supposed to be 9am-5pm, but your staff came at 8:30am without notice! I was still asleep and my husband opened the door, asked him to wait because he doesn’t know where the parcel is. During that 5 mins of wait time, your staff kept yelling loudly, banged on the door, banged on the garage door, and keep pressing the doorbell while my husband have a 3 months old baby at his arm to deal with. I came downstairs and I said to my husband I am literally scared of this man. He sounded so angry and violent. My husband then gave me the baby and grab the box to give to this man. Your staff said nothing, looked angry, grabbed the box and left. Honestly I felt relieved that he left! If you employ staffs like this, you are going to damage your brand so much because no customers would be ok with this type of service, rude, angry and even seem to be violent. This staff of your could not control his temper and has no patient. I just hope that after all these troubles, my parcel will reach the destination safe and sound!

One star is being generous. In terms of service the man who I dealt with was actually rude! Over the phone he got angry. In person the next day I went to pick up my parcel and I notice he was rude to two other customers in front of me. Like what they were asking him was just too much. When it was my turn to be served, when I didn’t know what he was asking me ie for a PIN he rolled his eyes at me. And then proceeded to throw the parcel at me. This man should not be front of house. Will not use pack and send ever.
