Wonderful service - Sam from Burwood Village was helpful, patient and more importantly very knowledgeable about the best way to use DHL to transport a large quantity of clothes to my daughter in London. Everything went smoothly and his price was much cheaper than the DHL online quote. Am looking forward to using him again and have no hesitation in recommending this business.
Got quoted $275 to send 4 tyres and got here after 1hr of travel time for them to double the price because my tyre was 5cm bigger than original quote. I asked repeatedly when getting the quote was getting done about the tyre size also. Ridiculous will never use or recommend!!

Sent a couple of jewellery pieces over to Turkey for a friends birthday when I first asked for a quote and if it was possible it seemed reasonable snd yes it was okay to send and was told that it would be posted next day and I’d receive tracking . Well almost a week later with no tracking received I went back and enquired why I hadn’t received tracking yet & told they had to check with DHL if it was allowed to send jewellery to Turkey . Like I didn’t ask that when I first went in and paid to send it I even asked about customs taxes and told that can only be estimated and paid once it arrives . Finally a further 2 days it did get sent and arrived in Turkey quick enough luckily I used a third party app that notified me that my parcel was held up in a customs clearance event and that I should contact the shipper because absolutely no notification was given from DHL tracking app actually it’s almost been over 2 months now and still no notification from DHL tracking only that it’s in customs clearance event if I had not of raised enquiries myself we would still be none the wiser and absolutely nothing resolved from this end I had to reach out to DHL in Turkey myself to actually get any valid information as every time the receiver tried to contact them for weeks no help was given it’s only in past few weeks DHL global forwarding has reached out to us after spending over a month contacting them as to what we needed to do to fix this . Oh and apparently no one knew about new customs regulations that put pricing of goods into Turkey under the amount of goods I sent so now my parcel has been in customs clearance for over 2 months because between pack snd send and DHL they failed to check up on this before it left meanwhile DHL in Turkey after weeks of trying to get any sense out of them as to how much this will cost to resolve ask us to send over $1000 Australian dollars to there nominated bank account along with receipts of payment and documents before they can proceed with clearance and after enquiries as to why they ask more than 3 times the value of the parcel there answer was fees for storage 60% of the parcels value plus other fees they rambled on with so looks like our only option is to ask for it to be returned before it’s destroyed. So no I will never be using pack and send ever again DHL or recommend either company to anyone absolutely disgusting service a complete rip of big scam and after months of waiting doing my own enquiries within Turkey only to find out my friend will never receive her birthday gifts not even late complete waste of time money and a whole lot of stress for nothing . If your thinking about using this company do yourself a favour save your money and go else where I mean why the hell should we be asked to pay storage fees for something that’s not at all our fault it was in storage for so long it’s not our fault DHL were so ignorant snd took almost a month to even try to contact anyone and why should we pay excess taxes when we done everything correct as far as checking before sending it if allowed or not and if it exceeded tax amount .. so no absolutely not happening !!! someone needs to own responsibility for these mistakes and should be the ones to cough up with charges asked and ensure parcel is delivered like I paid $260 for . notus being asked to pay an excess $1000 and absolutely under no circumstances will we allow this company to screw us again and yep further action will be taken if nothing is resolved I didn’t pay almost same price as this parcels value just to be told there’s nothing we can do but ask for it to be returned to me and expect myself and the receiver to try resolve this with Turkish DHL because apparently they have there own set of rules and can ask whatever they like bunch of rip of merchants and scamming the system thief’s
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Pack & Send missed every promised delivery date and forced me to re-direct my belongings to a different country. They charged me $800 for re-delivery which was more than double the initial cost or $800 to return to sender. These were my only options otherwise they would destroy my belongings. A month later I am still waiting for my belonging.
We have used their services a couple of times and highly recommend them. Julie and Heather are very professional, efficient and packed my heirloom fine china so they arrived safely and in a timely manner and nothing is too much trouble for them. First occasion using P&S to send packaged item from Syd to Perth and definitely be the last time! 4 days & still counting waiting for delivery to arrive but worse still after being assured over the phone by their customer service that it was on board for delivery, alas still waiting! Be warned
Incorrect forms handed over to the UK government. Didn't even tell me I'd need a form for it. It's now taken so long to get my package (after the UK government seeking £900 on tax) that UPS have lost my package. Just save yourself the money, fill the forms out yourself and save yourself the money. Would have been $500 to send at the post office. Cost me $1300 to send with pack and send.
Pack & Send is a very personable and professional company that transported a very important box of goodies for me from Australia to South Africa. I used Pack and Send to send a package from Perth to Sydney. I used their online booking system and dropped the package off at their Joondalup WA depot on the 11th of March. The package was picked up and entered into the tracking system on the 15th of March. The next entry into the tracking system was 22nd of March at their Sydney Depot. Since then the package has been sitting there waiting to be delivered. It has now been 9 days and still no delivery. I have called customer service 5 times, each time they promised to call back with an update. I am still waiting. I have emailed them, still no response. I have gone to the website and used their online chat which advises you to either phone them or email them. Round and Round you go... as long as they have your payment they don't give a crap.. I would urge anyone who is considering using their service to reconsider. Your money will be better spent elsewhere and your package will have a much better chance of arriving at its destination within the stated time..

I have been shipping internationally for 2.5 years. The rates keep going up - yes, I know (Covid), but the service is unprofessional. I receive no tracking numbers, cartons have been lost and deliveries turn up without any notification. I’m tired of Covid being blamed for bad service.
Scott and the rest of the team at St Kilda are amazing, personable and professional. My partner and I had short notice to pack up our life for a relocation to the Northern Territory. Everything was packaged, sealed and delivered to us with no breakages. Would highly recommend using Pack and Send to ship anything.
