I've used Pack and send for the last time, their charges seem to be double of any other sender for the same item, and their customer service is no better if not worse then other shippers.Phone was always going to messagebank and messages to call back never returned.

Do not use pack and send Parramatta - requested to send something overseas and use the fast service option - they send it via DHL which took way too long to reach its destination. and charged me also way too much ($98 for 1kg of documents) - after finding out and investigating my self and using another courier company who sent it via FEDEX goods ( documents) arrived within 2 working days to INDIA . they DID NOT seem to understand the URGENCY OF THE DOCUMENTS WHATS SO EVER. STAY CLEAR OF USING THEM WHATS SO EVER.

I recently needed to send a parcel to South Africa and was told it would take 2 weeks+ to reach its destination. I sent it via Pack and Send Southport and the parcel arrived within 7 days. Highly recommended service. The staff and so helpful, so polite and super efficient.

Having found Pack & Send on the internet, I needed a large solid wooden CD Storage Unit packed and transported from Sydney to Kurunjang in Victoria. Chenna at the Newtown branch of Pack & Send was fantastic, providing service which pleased and delighted me in every way. The unit arrived in pristine condition at Kurunjang having left Sydney the day before! I will use Pack & Send Newtown again! Many Blessings, Rev. Gordon McKenzie

This was the first time I've used Pack and Send.Had a parcel to go from Shepparton to Melton. The experience was fantastic,Professional,friendly and the parcel was delivered within 24 hours. Will use Pack and Send again for sure.

First time using the Pack and Send model, the guys at Pack & Send West Ryde we’re just great to deal with and took out all the stress of moving an expensive fragile item from Sydney to Brisbane. My dilemma was wanting to send an expensive TV up to my sister in QLD due to me moving overseas and dealing with the issues that raises. One phone call explaining what I wanted to achieve and it was made so easy by the professionalism of the team at the West Ryde branch. Reasonably priced with Item tracking, door to door service was what I was after. These guys delivered and would highly recommend for anyone or any business wanting a hassle free delivery service. Sending items overseas in this pandemic is not always quick. However, I went to their premises last Friday afternoon to send some paperwork to the UK. It was delivered to the recipient Tues night Aus time. I was told it would take 6-14 business days. So how awesome was my experience.

I have sent personal effects overseas and used the Mermaid Beach branch. They took my pre-packed goods and my money $1900. I only found out later that they opened all the boxes and went through my personal belongings without telling me and me being present. No CCTV coverage either, (many valuable items have gone missing when I received the shipment). They also haven't mentioned anything about how much the port charges were going to be, I was misled to believe I only have to pay for transfer from the destination city to my home address, but instead I was hit with a shocking $1800 port charge bill from a different country! To double check I requested a quote from a different Pack and Send centre for the same volume of goods to the same destination, to my shock they quoted me $792 for the same port to port service! This is straight up fraud! Avoid this compay at all cost! The brach manager (Mark) was extremely rude throughout the process after the payment was made!

I'm never one to post these I don't believe I ever have before now but I can't warn people enough about how much to avoid this company, first of all they completely damaged the good sent and will not do anything about it, not even refund the shipping amount and to top that off after lodging a complain I was charged extra on my credit card for the delivery saying the box was larger than it was, it was weighed just before the courier came and the literal box had the measurements itself on it so there was no possible way it measured larger than it was. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SEND YOUR ITEMS WITH ANOTHER COURIER AND SAVE YOURSELF THE LOSS OF MONEY AND DAMAGE OF PROPERTY. Also i'll mention we packed the item with so much solid foam the box would literally have had to be thrown in and out of trucks to have been damaged. I WOULD HATE FOR OTHERS TO HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE. WE NOW ONLY USE DHL AND ALTHOUGH MORE EXPENSIVE YOU SAVE YOURSELF LOSS OF THE ITEM AND EXCESS CHARGES OR SENDLE IF ITS AN OPTION IS SUPER PRICE COMPETITIVE AND EXCELLENT DELIVERY TIMES.

Absolutely useless. I used to send parcels with them regularly but last time it took them 3 days, and multiple phone calls and emails, to have the parcel picked up. I chalked it up to a bad day and, stupidly, decided to use them again. Same thing happened. So, I cancelled the delivery and used another courier.

STAY AWAY! On 23 August 2019, the lady who runs the Spring Hill office took a payment of 595$ from me (Invoice no. AU-SPHL01470812) to send two big parcels from Brisbane to Toronto. As months passed by and the parcels would not arrive, I emailed her several times but she kept ignoring my messages. When I would call her on the phone, she would keep repeating that she was in touch with Customs and that Customs was still checking the contents of the parcels. When out of despair and frustration I decided to contact their Field Manager, I found out that my parcels had never left the Spring Hill office and that the above-mentioned lady had been lying to me about her talking with Customs. My parcels had never reached Customs. The Field Manager admitted that this lady deliberately decided not to send my parcels despite having received the payment and that she would keep lying as she was too ashamed of what she had done. After her attempted theft was found out and thanks to the Field Manager my parcels were sent and I received them after a week or so.

I am very much impressed by Dean's courteous manner over the phone when I rang up to make an inquiry to send an important document overseas. As it was my first time to use courier service, I was asking number of questions to understand the procedure and Dean was very patiently to provide me the answers. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, it was an issue for me to send the document and Dean was kind enough to come up with an unique solution and put in extra effort to make the delivery of the document eventuate. The document reached the destination within the expected delivery time. My experience with Dean's willingness to help and reliable attitude is rare and unique and it is highly appreciated. Hope there are more people like him to provide such high quality service.

this could be the worst nightmare, pack and send Footscray took my package, charged an amount of $189 for 300 cube, the package still not delivered since 24 July(1 Sep. 2020). Today I am notified to pay another $220 for customs & duty because apparently whilst in their store, she asked me to make a product list with a dollar amount. The staff don't know the answer to anything, a phone number to check from their partner website DHL, Samanth Wuk couldn't provide me. She advised i will receive an email from DHL of customs clearance, which according to DHL they don't send anyway. I will never advise anyone to use PACK & SEND, u don't have the liberty to pack your courier, the don't send it, its DHL that is the courier. Avoid this silly middle business. Pay slightly extra send it through DHL itself or Aus Post for the sake of transparency & reliability.

Instead of calling me to deal with the issues I raised with them over the phone, I get this reply: Your items after packing is as below, 18kg/46*31*78cm The service we provide is packing + freight. You ask your sender to drop off the items to us initially without any enquiry for the estimate cost. And now you left us a bad review and refuse to pay for the cost. There is no mis-leading on our end. You will need to arrange the bank transfer on this invoice before we can despatch the freight. Based on the situation now, we won’t accept your credit card. We can only keep your freight here until end of this week. Then a daily storage fee of $10 will apply. Thanks Johnny Tao Clearly I made myself open to be exploited by trusting I wouldn't get overcharged. They won't even talk to me in a civil manner.

Great guys to use, my parcel was extremely well wrapped and given it was Musical electrical it needed care taken. No problems here they did a fantastic job with my amp and I'm very grateful and do not hesitate to recommend them. Than you guys. Steve Welch.

I dealt with Pack&Send in Bunbury, within an hour my package was on the road. They even phoned me to tell me it had been delivered to its destination before the tracking did it’s job. If there were ten stars, they would need more! Well done. Highly recommend and would use them again.

Greg and Danielle are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They helped me to get my excess baggage get to Europe with the cheapest and quickest possible way. They had warned me about every excess cost that may come my way. Costs that they have NO control over... such as customs etc which depends on the receiving country's authorities. Long story short they provided an excellent service overall.
