Should tell sender beforehand about the bureaucracy and complicated paper work when sending gift to Vietnam. Will never use Pack and Send to send things to Vietnam, to other countries it' ok.

I would recommend The Pack & Send Caulfield, as the staff was very helpful, especially when some problems occurred on the receiver side. The price of the package was a little cheaper than Australia Post and the package was delivered quickly.
Did not pick up on the day they said they would. Picked up on a Tuesday and delivered on a Thursday when we expected to receive on Tuesday. Only redeeming feature was the price.Very fortunate that we did not need the item URGENTLY otherwise we would have been very unhappy. Would be very wary about using the service when pick up and delivery were critical

Package didn’t get picked up for DAYS after it was meant to, the customer support people were great and helped heaps but my customer blasted me for not getting a courier to them as quick as I promised I looked sooooo stupid
